When you look at his artwork, you'll notice "10/6" all over the place. Any guesses as to where he got that from?
I don't know about a Russian link, but the fact that he used Ok.ru is strange. He was only posting for about two years, fairly actively. He also posted diary entries from much earlierlike 2013 or so. You can see a huge change between the older and newerolder is much messier. Drugs?

The guy was nuts. I think he was used (MK Ultra'd).
Note that this account was revealed by a Bellingcat researcher, who is trying to make this all about his "White Supremacy," and his sparse mention of LibsofTikTok and Tim Cast. Never mind everything else on his account, like his apparent love for the Narcos seriies on Netflix or his love/hate of women.
