I am catching up on a bread from yesterday.
It is a gold mine of medical clips. I also found this post below. I had a period late, last year, one of self realization over one part of my life. It slapped me upside the head literally and figuratively extremely hard. Reviewing your life, when you have ignored what you are doing is a shock when it finally is addressed. I would highly recommend doing this every day. It is an excellent way to live your life and hopefully it will save other Anons from having the review process hit you all at once.

Anon challenge
Imagine a giant Scale placed in front of you, and this Scale where you go, it goes with you. On the right side of the Scale will accumulate everything positive that you think, say, and do. On the left side the opposite.
The Scale shows you everything you accumulate during the day. You often don't realize what you say, do, think. And without realizing it at the end of the day, you have the plate on the left completely full and the plate on the right almost empty. But you think that you did well.
Now having this Scale and seeing it all the time, is a choice; I would say it is a great tool. This tool will implant itself into your mind, if you want it. It's not easy, because watching every mistake is not easy. It takes courage, it takes a lot of willpower to keep seeing how far you are from that line.
