If you post from your phone's data connection your user ID will be different
If you post through your home modem your user ID will be the same on EVERY SINGLE DEVICE because you have the same PUBLIC IP ADDRESS with ALL devices.
The only thing that matters is your PUBLIC IP ADDRESS.
restarting the router and modem only works on certain modems… and NO your internet provider won't reset your ip address I tried that one already.
