I spent over a decade as public defender and federal prosecutor. Never before have i ever heard a judge barring the defendant from access to evidence that the govt his using against him. Should not surprise anyone, this Judge who is in the bag for Dems with his donations n hatred for Trump, continues to destroy due process, selectively creating a two tIer system of justice:
