A new report has claimed the govt is paying over €6mn to buy luxury cars for delegates to a local company - which had to take a €20mn loan to buy them in the first place. Video conferencing and lighting equipment is said to be even more expensive. And that's not even getting into security.
One-in-five Lithuanians have fallen into poverty due to a recession and rising food prices. Meanwhile, NATO isn't paying a dime.
