It's worse then that, example there are migrants who make $3200 per month for one adult and two children from soc services which are being siphoned from conservative citizens on the program. Conservatives get the run around, sorry computer glitches, on hold for hours, we are just consultants answering, etc… They want us dead and want to replace us, no doubt. On LI they changed the name from LIHEAP, Long Island Home Energy Assistance Program, to HEAP, Heat Energy Assistance Program. Why? Because they say it is a One time Federal grant to pay for your heat and make it seem like it doesn't cover anything else as if they only have one fed gov check to spend. This way they don't have to cover your electric and siphon what remains at the end of the year. So from Home Energy which is inclusive to Heat Energy which can be played with to seem like it only cover Heat, that is the game.
