The Minister for Women from Queensland, Australia says that under her "inclusive approach", "anyone" can be a woman whenever they so choose.

The Minister for Women from the Australian state of Queensland told the media that “anyone” who claims to be a woman “is a woman” and that men who claim to be women are part of her effort to “advance gender equality.”

Shannon Fentiman, a member of Australia’s left-wing Labor Party who’s currently serving as the Attorney General of Queensland, as well as the state’s Minister for Women, insisted to a reporter that “anyone that identifies as a woman is a woman,” and tried to justify her argument by citing the social justice cause of being “inclusive.”

“Let’s be inclusive,” Shannon Fentiman told the reporter.

“Anyone that identifies as a woman is a woman, and as the Minister for Women, I take a really inclusive approach, and we want to govern for all Queenslanders. But all people who identify as a woman, uhh, are part of our policies and strategies to advance gender equality. Because gender equality is inclusive. You know, it’s not one group advancing at the expense of another,” she went on.

Let’s be inclusive,” she added once more.

Footage of Fentiman’s claim that “anyone” who claims to be a woman “is a woman” was shared on Twitter by Rachael Wong, the CEO of Women’s Forum Australia. Wong ripped Fentiman for her support of Australian self-ID laws, which are allowing men to proclaim womanhood and invade women’s spaces, like locker rooms and public restrooms.

CIA Operatives Aided in Hunter Biden Laptop Cover-Up, Congress Reveals Massive, China-Linked Influence Peddling Scheme.

The U.S. Congress’s Oversight and Weaponization committees have respectively confirmed swathes of 2020 National Pulse reporting into family business practices of President Joe Biden, revealing what appears to be an influence peddling grift involving his son Hunter as well as eight other family members.

The reports also confirm that the U.S. national intelligence apparatus aided and abetted the Bidens in covering up their links to Chinese Communist-linked entities that were paying massive amounts in exchange for political favors, as well as attempting to delegitimize the release of Hunter Biden’s laptop and its contents.

The first memo, from Rep. James Comer, concludes:

Biden family members and business associates created a web of over 20 companies—most were limited liability companies formed during Joe Biden’s vice presidency;

Bank records show the Biden family, their business associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals’ companies. The Committee has identified payments to Biden family members from foreign companies while Joe Biden served as Vice President and after he left public office.

Chinese nationals and companies with significant ties to Chinese intelligence and the Chinese Communist Party hid the source of the funds by layering domestic limited liability companies.

The memo also confirms that after he assumed the vice presidency in 2009, Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden and his business associates formed at least 15 companies, which processed transfers ranging from approximately $5,000 to at least $3 million. It also confirms the $80,000 diamond gift to Hunter Biden from Chinese Communist Ye Jianming in 2017, as well as providing examples of how the Biden foreign money was moved around:

A second report out from Congress’s Weaponization committee examines how a letter signed by 51 intelligences operatives aided the Biden campaign in its cover-up of the Hunter Biden laptop that led to the revelations above, and more.

The report confirms a number of bombshell revelations including a major admission from former acting CIA director Michael Morell, who admitted in testimony to drafting the statement from 51 former intelligence officials with a view to “help[ing] Vice President Biden in the debate.”

Morell and his colleague Marc Polymeropoulos even went so far as to exchange text messages boasting about their efforts duping the American public into believe the hard drive was “Russian disinformation” and suggested there may be jobs, or money involved as a reward.

That admission came against the backdrop of America’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) itself “fast tracking” the letter, and even reportedly approaching former intelligence officials with a view to having them sign onto the letter too, which they did. In effect, the CIA aided a foreign-linked presidential campaign (that of the Bidens) against the sitting Commander-in-Chief, President Trump.

Asked about his role in the letter, Morell confirmed to Congress: “[T]here were two intentions here, right? One was to make clear to the American people that the Russians were interfering in the election, and the other was to help Vice President Biden in the debate.”

Asked why he and his fellow signatories to the now-infamous letter wanted to help Joe Biden, Morrel responded: “Because I wanted him to win the election.”

E. Jean Carroll Admits She Helped New York Dems Change Law So She Could Sue Trump

E. Jean Carroll, the woman who accused former President Donald Trump of rape, assault and defamation, said Wednesday she helped New York Democrats change a state law so she could sue.

State Gov. Kathy Hochul signed the Adult Survivors Act into law in 2022. The legislation allowed a “one-year lookback window for survivors of sexual assault” to sue their alleged abuser “regardless of when the abuse occurred.”

Trump was found liable Tuesday for defamation and battery but not rape in the case, with Carroll to be awarded a total of $5 million in damages.

“The fact that New York passed this law, the Adult Survivors Act,” CNN’s Poppy Harlow said. “They passed it just a few years ago. Were it not for that law, you never would have been able to bring this case.”

“Exactly. This would never – I would never have this window, this year of having the ability to bring a lawsuit for rape. Robbie can explain it better,” Carroll responded.

“E. Jean actually helped to get that law passed,” Carroll’s lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, said. “It passed last year. We filed – it was Thanksgiving Day, the first day you could sue. We filed it just after midnight on Thanksgiving. And there are a lot of other women throughout the state and, hopefully, throughout this country, that they will get other laws like this passed in other states. And New York women should use this law while it’s still around, which is until next Thanksgiving.”

“Yeah, because there’s a reason women stay silent. They’re ashamed and they’re frightened and they’re worried … this law gives us that one-year window. It’s a brilliant law,” Carroll chimed in.

Carroll alleged in 2019 that Trump raped her in either 1995 or 1996 in a dressing room at Manhattan’s Bergdorf Goodman. She sued the former president after he denied even knowing her. Trump labeled Carroll’s accusations a “hoax and a lie” during his deposition.

House Hawks Urge Biden to Use Sanctions to Prevent Syria Normalization

The US is against Syria's readmission into the Arab League

The top Republican and Democrat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee released a statement on Monday slamming Syria’s readmission into the Arab League and urging President Biden to use sanctions to prevent further normalization.

“Readmitting Assad to the Arab League is a grave strategic mistake that will embolden Assad, Russia, and Iran to continue butchering civilians and destabilizing the Middle East,” Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX) and Gregory Meeks (D-NY) said.

“The United States must fully enforce the Caesar Act and other sanctions to freeze normalization efforts with this war criminal,” the lawmakers added.

The Caesar Act imposed crushing economic sanctions on Syria in 2020 that are specifically designed to prevent the country’s reconstruction. The measures have had a devastating impact on Syria’s civilians. The House recently voted overwhelmingly to keep enforcing sanctions following a devastating earthquake that killed thousands of Syrians.

What makes the Caesar Act sanctions so sweeping is that they allow the US to sanction any person or entity for doing business with the Syrian government. This means US allies like Saudi Arabia and Jordan, which spearheaded the effort to bring Syria back into the fold, could potentially be targeted. On Tuesday, Syria and Saudi Arabia announced they were reestablishing diplomatic ties for the first time in over 10 years.

The State Department has denounced Syria’s readmission to the Arab League. “We do not believe that Syria merits readmission to the Arab League at this time,” State Department spokesman Vedant Patel said on Monday. “We continue to believe that we will not normalize our relations with the Assad regime, and we don’t support our allies and partners doing so either.”

On top of the crippling sanctions, the US has about 900 troops in eastern Syria and backs the Kurdish-led SDF, allowing the US to control about one-third of the country, where most of its oil resources are located. Syria’s normalization with its neighbors could complicate the US’s plans to keep occupying the country.

British ministers to advance UK anti-BDS Bill to prevent boycotts against Israel

British Secretary of State, Michael Gove, is due to push forward the UK Government's long-anticipated plan to ban the global Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) to prevent further boycotts against Israel, reported The Financial Times.

The British politician is attempting to curtail the freedom of public bodies from adopting "their own foreign policy" and expressed concern at how councils are financially supporting boycotts and divestment campaigns against foreign countries in the Middle East.

The BDS and Sanctions Bill follows a 2019 Conservative Party manifesto commitment to preventing local authorities from "adopting their own approach to international relations" – a move that pro-Palestine activists say is in place to help businesses profiting from apartheid Israel.

Moreover, according to officials, Gove and ministers, including British MP Oliver Dowden, are determined to implement the Bill before the next election. "We are firmly opposed to local boycotts which can damage integration and community cohesion, hinder exports and harm our economic security," said the communities department.

It added, "The government remains committed to our manifesto pledge to ban public bodies from imposing their own boycotts, disinvestment or sanctions campaigns. We will legislate as soon as parliamentary time allows."

According to The Financial Times, one senior government official commented, "We're expecting the green light very soon," while another added, "It's full steam ahead."

It comes after Gove said last year: "The BDS campaign is designed for only one purpose: to attack and delegitimise the state of Israel and the idea that there should be a Jewish state at all."

A seminar, organised by EuroPal Forum and sponsored by Mickey Brady, MP, held in the UK Parliament last month warned of the dangers of the UK Government's impending anti-boycott legislation particularly in facing Israeli apartheid policies.

Dr. Sara Husseini from the BPC said, during the seminar, that the proposed legislation "needs to be viewed as part of the broader attempts by the UK Government to shield Israel from accountability while cutting down spaces for Palestinians to speak about their history, about their daily lived experiences of oppression and advocate for their individual and collective rights here in the UK."

Such draconian measures by the UK, according to Sara, cannot be divorced from the UK's other positions that pertain to the selective application of international law. Using the example of the UK's relationship with the International Criminal Court (ICC), Sara highlighted the difference in the UK's relationship with the Court vis-à-vis the situation in Ukraine, and the long-standing position of the UK to oppose the ICC's investigation into the war crimes committed in Palestine.

NTP Advisory Board Unanimously Votes to Accept Report on Fluoride’s Toxicity

On May 4, the U.S. National Toxicology Program’s (NTP) Board of Scientific Counselors (BSC) unanimously voted to accept the recommendations of the BSC working group relating to the NTP’s report on fluoride’s toxicity. The BSC voted in favor of the NTP making minor adjustments to the so-called “state of the science” report and accompanying meta-analysis, both of which have been at the heart of the long-delayed fluoride lawsuit.

The legal battle between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Fluoride Action Network (FAN) began in 2016 when FAN and plaintiffs filed a petition under the Toxic Substances Control Act. The plaintiffs are attempting to prove that fluoride is a neurotoxin and should be regulated or banned under the Toxic Substances Control Act.

While the BSC voted to accept the working group’s recommendations it did not make suggestions on how the NTP should update the reports. The BSC left that decision up to Dr. Richard Woychik, the NTP’s director. Woychik will now decide whether to accept the BSC vote and publish the reports, or initiate another round of draft reports which would require further reviews.

Due to Woychik’s position and previous statements regarding his role in preventing the release of the NTP report in 2022 there are concerns about his involvement in the final decision making process. In January, emails released in the course of the lawsuit highlighted how officials within US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) previously blocked the release of the NTP’s May 2022 review, despite the scientists stating it was ready for release. Dr. Woychik filed a declaration with the court claiming responsibility for blocking the release of the May 2022 NTP monograph. Woychik is now in a position where he will once again decide whether or not to release the NTP’s latest review.

The Fluoride Action Network told The Last American Vagabond (TLAV) it was “encouraged” to see the BSC recognize the “need to move forward with publication of the report.” During the public comment period of the BSC meeting, Michael Connett, environmental attorney representing FAN, discussed the emails obtained via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

“First, we have learned through the FOIA documents that NTP’s staff scientists have done and are doing an admirable job standing up for scientific integrity in the face of intense and sustained political pressures,” Connett stated.

“The FOIA documents show the pressure on NTP is coming from agencies with very strong partisan interests on fluoride including the CDC’s Division of Oral Health and National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR). These agencies have been working hand in glove with private lobbyists and PR professionals to smear and discredit NTP’s work at almost every turn.”

Pelosi, Warren, Booker join Biden campaign’s national advisory board

The Biden-Harris 2024 reelection campaign on Wednesday announced its national advisory board, which will be chaired by former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and include, among others, Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Cory Booker (D-N.J.).

The board comprises 50 Democrats, and they are expected to act as surrogates for the campaign, fundraise and traverse the country to boost President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

The board will “participate in regular media interviews, assist with fundraising efforts and events, leverage their networks and platforms to amplify the campaign’s message to voters, and engage directly with voters through grassroots efforts and events in key battleground states,” according to the campaign.

The announcement of the board comes two weeks after President Biden officially launched his reelection bid. Warren, Booker and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) are all board members who ran against the president in the Democratic primary in 2020, as did Vice President Harris.

Other members of the board include Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, Democratic Govs. Gavin Newsom (Calif.), Josh Shapiro (Pa.), John Carney (Del.), Maura Healey (Mass.), Kathy Hochul (N.Y.), Roy Cooper (N.C.), Ned Lamont (Conn.), Michelle Lujan Grisham, (N.M.), Wes Moore (Md.) and Phil Murphy (N.J.) — and more than a dozen members of the House.

Other Democratic senators include Chris Murphy (Conn.), Patty Murray (Wash.), and Tom Carper (Del.).

INFANTICIDE: 4,739 Dead Babies in VAERS Following COVID-19 Shots Injected Into Pregnant and Child-Bearing Aged Women

The U.S. Government’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) now reports that there have been at least 4,739 fetal deaths reported following COVID-19 vaccines given to pregnant and child-bearing women. (Source.)

I write “at least” because there is no demographic in VAERS that lists fetal deaths, and I had to develop a special search of the database to find as many as I could, but it is very likely that there are many more fetal deaths than the ones I found.

To find fetal deaths recorded in VAERS I tested several different searches on listed “symptoms” and then looked to see if the search results documented fetal deaths.

Using this same search I performed on COVID-19 vaccines to find abortions, stillbirths, and ectopic pregnancies, I searched for all FDA approved non-COVID vaccines for the previous 30+ years, and I found 2,255 reported cases, or about 75 fetal deaths per year following vaccines injected into pregnant women, pre-COVID. (Source. Note that you have to subtract the COVID vaccines that were entered with wrong dates prior to December, 2020, when the COVID shots were given emergency use authorization.)

If we compare this yearly average of 75 fetal deaths following FDA approved vaccines for 30 years with the number of fetal deaths recorded in 2021 following the COVID-19 experimental shots, which is 3,863 fetal deaths in a single year, that is an increase of over 5,000%.

There have been numerous doctors and nurses who have noticed this horrific increase in fetal deaths who have tried to warn the public throughout 2021 and 2022, and we have featured most of them here on Health Impact News.

Dr. Kimberly Biss in Florida went public to announce that not only are they seeing an increase in miscarriages following COVID-19 vaccines, but also an increase in infertility and cervical cancer.

Operation Shield and Arrow: IDF strikes over 100 targets in Gaza

Israel has been on high alert for the last two days, waiting for the expected response from Gaza after the airstrikes.

The IDF by Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. had already struck over 100 targets of terror groups in Gaza, with a primary focus on Islamic Jihad.

Already around 12:30 p.m., the IDF had initiated a widespread preemptive strike on a variety of Islamic Jihad rocket positions, including some concealed from the public eye, after seeing intelligence signs that the terror group was getting ready for a broad round of rocket attacks on Israel.

At 11:45 a.m., the IDF carried out its first attack of Wednesday on an Islamic Jihad crew that was getting ready to fire rockets near the southern Gaza city of Khan Yunis.

This incident came after a similar incident on Tuesday early evening.

After these incidents and along with other intelligence signs, IDf chief spokesman Brig. Gen. Daniel Hagri said that the IDF decided instead of only selectively attacking rocket crews on their way to their rocket firing positions, to preemptively attack a variety of concealed rocket positions that intelligence had previously found.

Scientists are urging doctors to suggest lifestyle changes instead of medication

Millions of antidepressants are being dished out for chronic pain each year despite little evidence they work, a major scientific review has found.

An investigation into medications to manage long-term pain found that the harms of many of the commonly recommended drugs are poorly researched.

Yet around 10million prescriptions for drugs including amitriptyline and fluoxetine, more commonly known as Prozac, were dished out in the last 12 months for long-term pain management.

Scientists said there was a 'shocking' lack of evidence around the long-term effects of taking antidepressants, leaving hundreds of thousands of people at significant risk of harm.

They urged doctors to prioritise medications for which there is some evidence of effectiveness and to focus on more 'holistic' therapies – such as lifestyle changes.

With around one in three people suffering from chronic pain, antidepressant use is increasing as doctors seek to alleviate symptoms without using potentially addictive opioids.

Other medications such as paracetamol and ibuprofen are now deemed both ineffective and potentially damaging, leaving GPs with limited options.

The two-year Cochrane study was the largest ever assessment of antidepressants recommended by leading bodies including the UK's National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

The 'gold standard' review looked at 176 studies involving almost 30,000 people and 89 treatment types ranging from various types of antidepressants to psychological therapies and physiotherapy.

Despite commonly being prescribed for six months, the Cochrane review found the average trial length was just 10 weeks.

It found there was 'insufficient evidence' to determine either how effective or harmful most antidepressants are, with scientists particularly concerned over the lack of research into long-term use.

Duloxetine was consistently the highest-scoring for relieving pain and found to be equally effective for fibromyalgia, and musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain conditions, which are eligible for the drugs under NICE guidelines.

Milnacipran was also effective at reducing pain, but scientists were less confident in the research as there were fewer studies involving substantially fewer people.

U.S. Coast Guard En Route To ‘Downed Aircraft’ Off California

San Clemente Island, CALIF. – The San Diego air station of the U.S. Coast Guard deployed a search-and-rescue helicopter on Wednesday morning upon receiving a report of an “downed aircraft” near San Clemente Island.

As per the Coast Guard’s Twitter update, the missing aircraft had at least three occupants onboard.

The incident was said to have occurred approximately one mile southwest of the island, which is situated approximately 70 miles to the west of San Diego.

CONFIRMED: Natasha Bertrand of Politico Flat Out Lied in Politico’s Hunter Biden Laptop Story in 2020

This morning, however, the Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released their interim report on the “Spies Who Lie” letter. In it, we find that Politico was the third news outlet that former Deputy Chief of Staff to John Brennan, Nick Shapiro, reached out to to run the Blinken-inspired rebuttal to the NY Post story on Hunter Biden’s laptop at the request of Michael Morrell.

In that report, we learned that Michael Morrell, the “organizer” of the “Spies Who Lie” letter, didn’t believe DNI Ratcliffe, who had access to classified information as the top spy chief in the United States at the time. Morrell made this assessment based on him having “much more experience” and “internet searches” on the topic.

However, despite Morrell’s denial of Ratcliffe’s assessment (the FBI claimed they had “nothing to add at this time” to Ratcliffe’s statement), Morrell emailed Shapiro, who then sent it to Bertrand, with explicit instructions that “Off The Record: We are not making a call on whether the materials are true or not, just that we believe Moscow played a role in getting the information out.”

Once the disinformation Politico piece was published, not only was there no known effort to correct Bertrand on the article, the “Spies who Lie” actually celebrated their accomplishment, specifically citing the “nice job” Politico did on the article!

Despite multiple requests for the release of Nashville Christian school shooter Audrey Hale’s manifesto and writings surrounding her March 27 attack that left three 9-year-olds and three adults dead, the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation denied a request from The Epoch Times for those documents.

The reason the FBI cited in a letter to an Epoch Times reporter based in Tennessee is that U.S. Code exempts from disclosure “records or information compiled for law enforcement records or information… could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings…”

Those “enforcement proceedings” were not cited in the letter. It is unclear what the enforcement proceedings could be in reference to, as the main suspect, Audrey Elizabeth Hale, died at the scene of the attack.

The FBI’s letter further stated “the records responsive to your request are law enforcement records; there is a pending or prospective law enforcement proceeding relevant to these responsive records, and release of the information could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”

The request was then “administratively closed,” the FBI noted in the letter.

Additional Request Denied

An additional request by The Epoch Times for those documents to be processed on an expedited schedule was also denied by “DOJ standards for expedited processing.”

For expedited processing to be granted, the letter stated a request must meet one of four situations.

Those situations include “circumstances in which the lack of expedited treatment could reasonably be expected to pose an imminent threat to the life or physical safety of an individual.”

Another situation listed states “an urgency to inform the public about an actual or alleged federal government activity, if made by a person primarily engaged in disseminating information.”

The third situation listed mentioned the loss of any substantial “due process of rights.”

Another One Dies: MTV News To Shut Down As Paramount Slashes Workforce

First BuzzFeed, then Vice News, and now MTV News. One by one, the dominos are falling as woke "media giants" are winding down operations as ad revenue craters.

According to The Hollywood Reporter and Variety, Paramount Global slashed its US workforce by 25% and ended its iconic music video network's news division after three decades.

Chris McCarthy, who heads Paramount Media Networks, MTV, and Showtime, wrote in a memo to staff Tuesday, "However, despite this success in streaming, we continue to feel pressure from broader economic headwinds like many of our peers."

"As a result, we have made the very hard but necessary decision to reduce our domestic team by approximately 25%," McCarthy said. "

He continued:

"This is a tough yet important strategic realignment of our group. Through the elimination of some units and by streamlining others, we will be able to reduce costs and create a more effective approach to our business as we move forward."

The axing of MTV News comes after being on the air for 36 years. The outlet's coverage focused on music, politics, sex, pop culture, and more (such as woke programming).
