To get rid of propaganda in the MSM:
1) Banish Soros and OSF.
2) Change libel laws significantly
3) Severely prosecute government leakers to MSM (not talking about whistle blowers though).
4) Pass legislation that MSM that publish damaging information from unnamed sources have to be able to back up the info. They can have their own council of accountability or whatever. If they cannot act ethically, then form a non partisan council to enforce ethics in the press.
