digging on red hen, i looked more into their food suppliers.

i don't know if this means anything, BUT

IF sarah wanted us to find something

AND

IF it wasn't red hen specifically

THEN this might mean something.

Red Hen gets meat from a seventh generation farm in VA

that farm has a small restaurant of its own - looks like a little general store eatery kind of thing.

but you can online order!

in two ways? yes! you can email them using their little form to negotiate specific cuts...of whatever...or order from their little restaurant.

and the online ordering company looks small and terrible - not an inspiring presence.

they have at least 21 customers, cattlemen's is their 21st (if i'm reading the url pattern correctly) and they have 20 of their other customers up for display on the examples page.

what are the odds that 80% of their customers are pizzerias?

asking for a friend.

it also looks like the ordering app is easy to customize and 'secure' for specific 'previous customers' and 'groups'.

food for thought.
