this was obviously a coordinated effort between Trump and CNN, Each agreeing to per-determined conditions, rules etc. It is a symbiotic event. CNN needs ratings, Trump needs to reach the CNN audience. Thus the pro-Trump crowd and obvious fake interruptions etc. It's all theater.
