OXFAM has told staff it needs to find £16million of savings after donations plummeted in the wake of the Haiti sex scandal.

The charity could sell off high street shops and cut its overseas missions as it struggles with funding, following revelations that aid workers used child prostitutes after the 2010 earthquake.
