Two days ago, discussion was "settled" so to speak by legalfags of congress about POTUS pardoning himself.
The comment by Trump was a trolling, saying he could just pardon himself anyway. It started a discussion where it was "supposedly settled" on the fact that IF a president pardons himself, it will result in automatic impeachment.
(once impeached, pardons are null and void.)

That avenue has not been pushed yet, but true.
IF the pardoning is automatic impeachment, then pardons are null. Then arrests can ensue for those otherwise protected.
