This. You have to prove he (Obama) was never a "natural born citizen" and thus, never eligible to be President. Once that's proven, all his Signed Legislation, Appointments, Executive Orders, Pardons, etc, become null and void.
All in theory of course, because this has never been done before…but it seems correct to me.
