Just because it doesn't mean what you think it means does not mean there's not Truth in it. Scripture is inspired by God and very useful, but it is not all true as written, however it can lead to Truth. Scripture is not the Word, Jesus is the LIVING Word. The Way, and the Truth, and the LIFE. The LIFE in you is capable of seeing the TRUTH in interpreting the text that is not literal, if you wouldn't deny Him in you.

Anon, being "team Jesus" who is the Way, and the Truth, and the Life, means not rejecting Him. Just because you claim to be "team Jesus" doesn't mean you are.
