US District Judge from the Northern District of Florida T. Kent Wetherell II, a Trump appointee on Thursday evening temporarily blocked the Biden Regime from releasing illegals into the US without notices to appear in court.

“On ruling in Florida last night against these releases…What’s the back-up plan now?” Heinrich asked KJP.

KJP shot back at Jacqui Heinrich and said claims of mass releases are “categorically false.”

Kari Lake brings new evidence in hearing as Maricopa County, Hobbs, Fontes seek to dismiss case

Kari Lake's legal team alleged that 58% of Maricopa County's 446 ballot tabulators failed logic and accuracy testing before Election Day.

As Kari Lake's legal team provided new evidence in its Arizona gubernatorial election challenge during a court hearing on Friday, counsel for defendants Gov. Katie Hobbs, D, Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, D, and Maricopa County election officials sought to dismiss the case.

Last Thursday, the Arizona Supreme Court ordered court proceedings to take place "forthwith" regarding Lake's claim that Maricopa County's violated its signature verification practices in last year's general election. The court granted one sanction but denied the attorneys' fees defendants had requested.

Lake, the Arizona GOP gubernatorial nominee, fell about 17,000 votes short in the 2022 election against then-Secretary of State Hobbs. She is suing Hobbs, the current Democratic governor, in addition to Fontes and Maricopa County election officials, requesting that the election results be invalidated or that she be declared the winner.

Lake's legal team filed a motion for relief from judgment on Tuesday for Count II, which was previously dismissed by both that trial court and the Arizona Supreme Court, concerning alleged illegal ballot-on-demand printer and tabulator configurations.

The filing alleges that on Oct. 11, 2022, Maricopa County falsely certified the 446 ballot tabulators used for Election Day, saying they passed logic and accuracy testing. In addition, Maricopa County allegedly "secretly tested all 446 vote center tabulators on October 14th, 17th, and 18th, and knew that 260 of the vote center tabulators would fail on Election Day," according to the motion.

Lake's legal counsel also alleged that Maricopa County Director of Elections Scott Jarrett gave false testimony during the trial in December regarding the ballot-on-demand printer failures that occurred on Election Day. Specifically, he said only three vote centers experienced issues with the printers and that it "was caused by temporary technicians changing printer settings in attempt to fix printer problems on Election Day," the filing said.

During the hearing on Friday, Lake's legal counsel cited a new declaration by Jarrett that Maricopa County submitted, saying that, after the certification of the ballot tabulators on Oct. 11, the county realized that they hadn't configured the ballot tabulators to reject provisional ballots. As a result, the county "went in, rewrote the memory cards, improved the software," and "reconfigured" the tabulator machines, said Lake's lawyer. This meant that the county had to conduct logic and accuracy testing again, argued Lake's counsel.

Comer: Bidens had foreign business dealings on at least three continents

"We know what was going on in Ukraine," he said. "We know what was going on in Russia. We've got a pretty good idea what was going on in the Congo."

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., on Friday revealed that his panel's investigation had uncovered evidence of Biden family business dealings in Africa, Asia, eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

Appearing on "The Great America Show" with Lou Dobbs, Comer reiterated evidence that he and House investigators presented earlier this week outlining the foreign business dealings of the Biden family. That report indicated that myriad Bidens received at least $10 million from foreign parties, many of which were based in countries where then-Vice President Joe Biden had a foreign policy role during the Obama administration.

Prompted by Dobbs to outline the pervasiveness of the alleged dealings worldwide, Comer pointed to those two nations and added that "we know what was going on in Ukraine. We know what was going on in Russia. We've got a pretty good idea what was going on in the Congo."

"We've got reports of things that mainly the President's brother was doing in Qatar and in the Middle East," he continued. "So I believe that we have many more countries to go and as I said, yesterday, I've subpoenaed four banks. And we know of 12 banks that were involved with some of these Biden accounts."

Dobbs then questioned the extent to which then-President Barack Obama may have been aware of any of the Biden family's alleged illicit activities.

Comer indicated that Dobbs was the first individual to press him on that point and proceeded to theorize that Obama had opposed a Biden bid for the presidency on the basis that close scrutiny of his dealings might reflect negatively on his own legacy.

"[E]veryone knows that Obama didn't want Joe Biden run for president," Comer said. "Everyone assumed it was because he was gaffe prone or because of his age. I believe, Lou, that it was because he knew what Joe Biden was doing."

"During the last year of his vice presidency, he knew his son was no good. And he knew this was nothing but a political liability, not just for our country, not just for the Democratic Party, but for Barack Obama's legacy, because a lot of this happened during the Obama administration," he continued.

"So I think that's why Obama didn't want Joe Biden to run for president. I think it's because they knew about this," the Kentucky Republican supposed. "And remember, a lot of these cover ups would have happened during the Obama administration, with Obama appointees, in the in these deep state bureaucracies."

Comer and House Republicans are pursuing numerous investigations into the Biden family's business dealings and the administration's alleged use of governmental power for political purposes during the first two years of the Biden administration.

NH Gov. Sununu lambasts GOP voters at CNN town hall: 'embarrassing'

"[I]t doesn't shine a positive light on New Hampshire," he said.

New Hampshire Republican Gov. Chris Sununu excoriated Republicans who attended a recent CNN town hall in the Granite State with former President Donald Trump.

During the event, Trump made light of a recent jury decision holding him liable for battery and defamation against writer E. Jean Carroll, reiterating his denial of the accusations and asserting that her story made little sense. Trump's defense on the issue struck a chord with the audience, who laughed at his summary of the alleged events.

"What kind of a woman meets somebody and brings them up and within minutes you're playing hanky-panky in a dressing room," he rhetorically asked CNN moderator Kaitlan Collins.

Sununu described the audience reaction as "embarrassing" in an MSNBC interview with Jen Psaki slated for release on Sunday.

"The audience was absolutely filled with Trump supporters, so I wasn't surprised to hear the support," he said. "But when you’re talking about a serious issue like that, and laughter and mocking and all that, it's completely inappropriate, without a doubt, and it doesn't shine a positive light on New Hampshire."

He did, however, assert that the room was largely full of Trump supporters and noted that Collins introduced the audience members as they asked questions by noting their past history of supporting the former president.

"Maybe they're undeclared voters, but I believe every single one of them had voted for Trump at some point," Sununu told Psaki. "I don't know how they determined that and set that up, but obviously it was a roomful of Trump supporters so no one should have been surprised to hear the support."

"But again, on that issue, it was… I would call it embarrassing," he concluded.

Sununu has been a prominent critic of Trump and he has drawn speculation that he may mount a 2024 presidential bid, though he has yet to declare his candidacy.

Documents Reveal Homeland Security Listed Pro-Life Moms as “Radicalization Suspects” – With Examples

The record of the Department of Homeland Security’s attacks on Americans of faith, particularly Catholics, is long and disturbing.

The Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila reported on Chris Wray’s FBI memo warning agents of the dangerous ‘radical traditionalist Catholic ideology’ gaining popularity in the country. The memo was posted at UncoverDC.com by former FBI special agent Kyle Seraphin.

As TGP reported in April, the FBI is also infiltrating Catholic parishes and engaging in outreach to Catholic leaders to spy on Americans practicing their Christian faith.

Now, America First Legal has obtained documents showing DHS using a pro-life mother as an example of a potential “radicalization suspect.” The violence prevention training guide is dated just days after Joe Biden took office.

The “radical” pro-life mom’s profile reads, “This is Ann, a resident of Elkville in rural America. Ann has always been religious but since the death of her mother, she’s become increasingly devout. She’s a regular in the small-town community, active in several church groups. While she has always been protective of her four kids, she has become increasingly more concerned about the welfare of other children including the unborn.”

Agents are then guided on ways to address this radical behavior when Ann questions whether “the bible justifies violence in defense of life” during a prayer group meeting and calls the mayor of her small town a “baby killer” at a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Another scenario raises the question of whether a hairdresser, who Ann has shared her pro-life views with, should research pro-life groups or contact the sheriff to learn about when such behavior could become a problem.

“The Department of Homeland Security’s transformation into a domestic intelligence organization and a Stasi-like Deep State internal security apparatus is alarming,” he said.

Top Biden Official Retires After Alleged Weakness On China Exposed

Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman is retiring after decades of work in the foreign policy sphere, Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced Friday.

Sherman has taken the lead on multiple high-profile foreign policy issues, having served as the lead negotiator of the Iran nuclear deal (JCPOA) during the Obama administration and leading the Biden administration’s China policy. CNN first reported Thursday that Sherman would be stepping down, although it was allegedly not going to take place until the summer.

Prior to serving as America’s second-ranking diplomat, Sherman was the Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs from 2011 to 2015, where she led the charge on the JCPOA. She also served as a North Korea policy adviser to former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, and was Counselor of the State Department from 1997 to 2001.

Reuters reported Thursday that Sherman had taken the primary role in directing the State Department’s China policy under Blinken, and that there was dissent within the department about how Sherman handled China following the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) flying a spy balloon over the continental United States in February.

Blinken had been scheduled to make a high-profile visit to Beijing around the same time the balloon was discovered, but the administration canceled the trip due to “conditions” not being right. The State Department has maintained the trip was only postponed, not canceled, and that it will eventually be rescheduled in due course.

There had been a series of steps the administration was planning to take, from sanctions to export controls, in an attempt to counteract China prior to the spy balloon incident. But after the balloon was shot down and Blinken’s trip canceled, Sherman ordered the delay of those measures due to a concern about further undermining American relations with Beijing, Reuters reported, citing multiple sources in the department and internal emails it had reviewed.

The Biden administration has generally taken a softer rhetorical approach to China than Beijing has taken toward Washington. Beijing’s top foreign policy officials often tout the CCP’s “wolf warrior” diplomacy strategy, which has led to baseless accusations toward the United States on every topic from human rights to foreign interference. Contrarily, the State Department, under the leadership of Blinken and Sherman, has consistently referred to China as a competitor rather than an adversary, and has emphasized areas where the U.S. would like to cooperate with the CCP.

During the interview with Elon, Yaccarino encouraged him to allow advertisers to have an influence on the platform.

And they can conduct their lives, their business, their commerce, whatever they can do on your platform. That’s a pretty big vision. But in the middle should be advertising opportunity.”

A DHS memo sent Friday morning by the associate director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Refugee, Asylum and International Operations (RAIO) and seen by Fox News Digital says that employees had been informed Thursday of the need for them to work at least one day this weekend — and now the agency is going a step further.

“Developments emerging over the course of the day made clear that more resources are needed, and we must take immediate steps to increase the number of staff available on both Saturday and Sunday to meet the need,” it says.

“In order to ensure full operational readiness, I must now ask that all Asylum Division employees, with limited exception, work both Saturday and Sunday this weekend,” Associate Director Ted Kim says.

This is all Alvin Bragg has on Trump. The New York DA is now counting on a jury of local communists to find Trump guilty. This shouldn’t be too hard in New York City. For the record, this case has been tossed from every other court that tried to bring charges against Trump.

Jim Jordan subpoenaed former Manhattan DA prosecutor and Hillary Clinton lawyer, Mark Pomerantz for a deposition.

Mark Pomerantz, a former senior prosecutor on the Manhattan DA’s team investigating Trump resigned in protest after District Attorney Alvin Bragg ended the investigation.

He then went on to write a book on the topic. In the book, he claims the investigation “developed evidence convincing us that Donald Trump had committed serious crimes.” Pomerantz resigned early last year after Bragg, just weeks into his first term in office, decided not to seek an indictment of Trump at that time.

Bragg failed in his lawsuit and Mark Pomerantz sat before Congress on Friday where he repeatedly pleaded the fifth and refused to answer questions regarding the case.

Mark Pomerantz, a former prosecutor in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office, refused to answer any questions relevant to former President Donald Trump’s indictment during much of a deposition before Congress on Friday.

Pomerantz warned in an opening statement he would do as much, according to a copy of the opening statement leaked to CNN and other legacy media outlets.

“It gives me no joy to invoke my legal rights, but I am glad that the law allows me not to cooperate with this performance of political theater,” Pomerantz said, per his statement.

The deposition ran for roughly five hours.

'Transformers' cartoon bashed on social media for pushing transgender agenda with non-binary robot alien: 'This is DISGUSTING!'

A cartoon about alien robots intended for children is being ridiculed and excoriated online for introducing a non-binary robot character into a beloved franchise from the 1980s.

Among those posting videos from "Transformers: EarthSpark" was the Libs of TikTok account.

The short clip shows the "Nightshade" robot character tell a human character that its pronouns are they and them, and the human responds with more pronoun preferences. The character then goes on to say that they feel better whenever in the presence of another person who is non-binary.

“I know I’m safe when I’m with my friends or other non-binary people," the character says in the clip.

That clip garnered more than 8.6 million views on Twitter.

"Recent episode from the kid’s show Transformers: EarthSpark. They’re after your kids," wrote the Libs of TikTok account.

"This is DISGUSTING," replied Megyn Kelly.

"This is naked propaganda. But why would you want to encourage kids to be 'non-binary'?" read another popular tweet.

DeSantis Allies: Nominating Trump Hands Biden Control of Congress

Allies of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis want Republicans watching Donald Trump from home tonight to remember that the former president is a loser. Ahead of his return to CNN, they warn that nominating Trump a third time won’t just cost the GOP the White House. It could hand Congress to Democrats.

That is the argument from Never Back Down, the pro-DeSantis super PAC launched by former senior administration official Ken Cuccinelli and chaired by former Trump ally Adam Laxalt. In a polling memo shared exclusively with RealClearPolitics ahead of the Trump CNN townhall, they point to the last three election cycles to make the case that Trump is a net drag on the ticket.

The topline from WPA pollster Chris Wilson: “The data suggest that if Trump were to become the 2024 nominee, he will likely cost the GOP control of the House and multiple winnable seats in the Senate.”

It is a somber warning to the right ahead of a what promises to be an entertaining, no-holds barred brawl on the cable network the former president publicly says he hates the most. Trump knows how to make good television, Cuccinelli told RCP, predicting that there would be “plenty of entertainment value” when his former boss sits down with CNN in prime time, “but it comes with losses across the board. And he talks about coattails, he has negative coattails.”

Controversy has always been a feature of the Trump show. For the right, the entertainment value is unmistakable when he “owns the libs,” castigating Democrats and liberal journalists alike. But Cuccinelli likens that to an unhealthy binge, warning that while “it is fun to have the buzz, the hangover isn’t so great.” Viral moments in prime time, he warned, won’t comfort conservatives after an election that hands Democrats unified control of government: “The potential for more harm here is enormous.”

Jason Miller, a spokesman for the Trump campaign, dismissed that argument and suggested that the governor, who hasn’t yet declared a presidential bid, was too scared to make his own case in prime time. “Is this what candidates who are too chicken to do nationally broadcast town halls do with their time?” Miller asked before pointing RCP to a recent Washington Post-ABC News survey that showed Trump leading Biden, 44% to 38%, compared to DeSantis leading Biden, 42% to 27%.

Primary voters will hear plenty about electability once the race begins in earnest, and many are likely already familiar with warnings about the down ballot detriment of Trump. In the memo, Wilson points to analysis of the 2018 and 2022 midterms that shows how the former president’s endorsement had “a meaningful negative effect” in both of those contests by mobilizing “Democratic donors and voters” and reducing “general support for Republican congressional candidates.”

But the pollster and pro-DeSantis super PAC go farther. Never Back Down identifies 18 incumbent House Republicans in the memo who would likely lose, according to their analysis, if they run for reelection alongside Trump in 2024.
