4 Judges in the Superior Court have already disqualified themselves in a related case filed by Kari. That means those 4 Judges cannot take over for Thompson. That limits the pool of Judges who can hear the case.

Thompson had 2 no brainer motions in front of him since Monday. 1 about allowing amici brief by non party and 1 to join the FOIA case that 4 Judges have recused from. Both no brainer rulings. Thompson didn't rule on them.

Thompson decided to hear Kari motion for relief of JudgmentBEFOREhearing motion to dismiss. That is not how the Court works on a normal day. If the case is to be dismissed, a Judge doesn't waste time on other motions because they would be moot if the case is dismissed.

Kari's motion was specifically pled to state crimes and named the person who committed them ( Scott Jarret )

I contend, this Judge was not speaking to the attorneys or the public when he spoke today.HE WAS SPEAKING TO THE COURT REPORTERThis Judge was documenting he was following by the book. This is a crime that is continuing via a cover up. This Judge is former Military. He risks becoming part of the crime after the fact. He can be called back up and tried in a Military Court if he allows himself to be used to cover up a crime.
