You get boron from nuts and seeds…if you eat a processed diet you can supplement for it but no more than 20mg/day…
You need these major categories of nutrients…
Fats = saturated fat (we get PLENTY), monounsaturated fats (we need MOAR = nuts seeds), omega 3 fats (we need MOAR = chia, hemp), omega 6 fats (we get PLENTY = corn)
Aminos = protein = there are 9 essential aminos we need DAILY
Vitamins = all the usual suspects
Trace mineral (like boron) = fulvic acid pretty good and this depends on if you are eating processed or natural…
Fiber
