re: Digital Quantum Voting System
I heard something similar in a repub exec training session earlier this year.
But it was phrased more along the lines of a crypto type system.
Each voter gets a crypto type voter id card. That needs to be used in order to cast ballot.
Oldfag, sorry didn't understand all the words being used.
General impression was it is a way to prevent voter fraud, etc.
That said, personal opinion is, there is a long way to go to undo all the voter fraud enabling laws that have been passed in a number of states by Dems.
