I heard something similar in a repub exec training session earlier this year.

But it was phrased more along the lines of a crypto type system.

Each voter gets a crypto type voter id card. That needs to be used in order to cast ballot.

Oldfag, sorry didn't understand all the words being used.

General impression was it is a way to prevent voter fraud, etc.

That said, personal opinion is, there is a long way to go to undo all the voter fraud enabling laws that have been passed in a number of states by Dems.

Pass a law that all candidates for office, and all government employees, from the top all the way down to the floor sweeper have to pass a US Constitution test and their state Constitution test with a score of 92% or higher, in order to remain employed or be hired.

And not just a memorize the lines type of test - but acual interpretation/application of the concepts.
