Plant was recently completed and the county approved 250 million in operating revenue, with another 750 million to be approved before the can list it on stonk market, add the tax abatements this Renewable Energy plant will cost county taxpayers a billion dollars and the refining company pockets the profits.

The Mexicans that built the plant said this scam is going on everywhere
