Expand your thinking anon, and please explain why it doesn't affect other words such as communication, which should be afflicted by the same 'error' and come out as cornrnunication.
Also, that's a very un-skewed PDF - maybe it was just 'printed to PDF' and not OCR'd*, and the mis-spelling is intentional to prevent searches etc.
*Yes anon has checked the doc properties, which can easily be modified.
