Superconducting Plasma Actuation
Commonly referred to as Dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuation, Superconducting plasma actuation is much more powerful, resulting in greater then 1,000% of the effects. The actual field strength is proprietary knowledge.
This however does work the other way as well, providing the same results at 1/10th or less of the input current.
Essentially, by creating a dielectric field across the surface of an airfoil or surface structure, this alters the airflow, commonly referred to as the laminar flow.

Conspiracy can be described generally as a sort of partnership in crime. The RICO statute expressly states that it is unlawful for any person to conspire to violate any of the subsections of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1962. The government need not prove that the defendant agreed with every other conspirator, knew all of the other conspirators, or had full knowledge of all the details of the conspiracy.
