Superconducting Plasma Actuation
Commonly referred to as Dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuation, Superconducting plasma actuation is much more powerful, resulting in greater then 1,000% of the effects. The actual field strength is proprietary knowledge.
This however does work the other way as well, providing the same results at 1/10th or less of the input current.
Essentially, by creating a dielectric field across the surface of an airfoil or surface structure, this alters the airflow, commonly referred to as the laminar flow.
