There is no classification - not even the highest - here "in Earth" with our 3D + time, that can protect any object, creature, or idea from being known/fully inspected, even just one dimension/plane higher up, let alone more than one (Heaven has at least one more physical, and one more time).
Anon knows about the Akashic Records, which can be viewed in/from Heaven. There are some who can achieve that here in Earth, which we refer to as remote viewing.
