Roger Stone: My Lawyers Are Going to Examine a Potential Lawsuit Following Release of Durham Report

Former Trump Campaign Advisor Roger Stone joined Rob Schmitt on Monday night following the release of the John Durham report.

Earlier today Special Counsel John Durham released his final report concluding the FBI had no verified intel when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016, according to Just the News.

This was Durham’s final report. There will be no arrests. The American people were lied to for years as the intel community worked feverishly to accomplish their coup on President Trump. And THEY ALL KNEW it was a lie.

Roger Stone was a target of the Deep State probe on Trump. Chris Wray sent dozens of FBI agents to storm his home at 6 AM in the morning and harass his wife. The FBI thugs forced his wife to stand outside in her nightgown as they raided their home with guns drawn.

Of course, Chris Wray’s FBI informed CNN of their plans before they raided Roger’s home.

On Monday night Roger Stone joined Rob Schmitt on Newsmax TV. Roger said he was disgusted that not one of the corrupt men and women behind this criminal act will be prosecuted.

Roger Stone told Rob that his attorneys are going to examine a potential lawsuit following the release of the Durham report.

There is no justice in America today.

NEVER FORGET: Nancy Pelosi Swore She Had “Cold Hard Evidence” of Collusion Between Russia and Trump Family – A COMPLETE LIE – Video

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi spoke out in July 2017, saying there is now “cold hard evidence” of collusion between Russia and the Trump family.

Democrat Leader Nancy Pelosi: This week, we saw cold, hard evidence of the Trump campaign, indeed, the Trump family eagerly intending to collude, possibly with Russia, a hostile foreign power to influence American elections in the month. Again, as we celebrate the courage of our founders, republicans in Congress have become enable of the Trump Russia assault on our democracy. After these latest revelations, it’s becoming clear we have suffered a desecration of our democracy not seen since Watergate. Speaker Ryan must allow a vote on an outside independent kit mission to get to the bottom of the Trump campaign’s role in Russia’s assault on our democracy and prevent Putin from ever doing it again. Immediately.

This was a complete lie. She knew it was a lie. She led the charge against President Trump for years pushing the Trump-Russia collusion that never happened.

Pelosi made these comments after a report was released of a 20 minute meeting between Trump family members and foreign officials that led to nothing.

On Monday the John Durham Report confirmed there was never any collusion between Trump and Russia and the FBI knew this from the beginning. The FBI also knew this smear was started by Hillary Clinton yet ran with it anyway.

Chair of Ukrainian Supreme Court arrested over $3 million bribe

Anti-corruption authorities have suggested that other judges may be implicated in the scheme

Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) has detained the chair of the country’s Supreme Court, Vsevolod Knyazev, local media have reported. He is allegedly suspected of receiving a $2.7 million bribe as part of a scheme that may involve other officials.

In a Facebook post late on Monday, NABU said it had “uncovered large-scale corruption in the Supreme Court, namely a scheme that allowed the leadership and judges to receive illicit profit.” The bureau added that an “urgent” investigation was under way, and that details would be provided in due course.

In a separate message on Tuesday, NABU announced a press conference on the case at midday local time in Kiev.

While officials have stopped short of revealing any names, several Ukrainian media outlets have cited anonymous sources as claiming that Knyazev was taken into custody.

Ukraine’s highest judicial body indirectly confirmed the news by posting a message on Facebook, stating that “in light of what is happening around Supreme Court chair Knyazev, an extraordinary meeting of the Supreme Court’s plenum will take place on May 16, 2023.”

According to ZN.UA, citing unnamed sources in NABU, authorities have conducted searches at properties belonging to 18 other Supreme Court judges.

Sergey Leshenko, an adviser to the head of Ukraine’s presidential office, cited a bribe totaling $3 million when discussing Knyazev with the media. Vitaly Kim, governor of Nikolaev Oblast, gave a figure of $2.7 million.

The Strana media outlet claimed that Knyazev had received the money from Ukrainian oligarch Konstantin Zhevago, who is currently in France but is wanted in his homeland for his role in the collapse of a bank.

Earlier this month, Ukraine’s High Anti-Corruption Court ordered the arrest of Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov over allegations of misusing city funds dating back to 2017.

NABU conducted raids in the Zhitomirsky and Kharkov regional military administrations in April.

Kremlin responds to Ukraine missile claims

Presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov questioned whether Kiev had intercepted high-level Russian weaponry

It is highly unlikely that Ukraine shot down Russian hypersonic Kinzhal missiles, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said. His comments came after Kiev claimed to have intercepted six of the rockets overnight.

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Peskov said the Kinzhal has “absolutely unique characteristics.” When asked about the details of the overnight Russian airstrikes on Kiev, the official referred reporters to the Defense Ministry.

Earlier on Tuesday, Russian military officials said that a precision strike by a Kinzhal missile had destroyed a US-supplied Patriot defense system in Kiev. The statement marks the first time that Moscow has reported the destruction of an air defense system supplied to Ukraine by its Western backers.

The head of Kiev’s military administration, Sergey Popko, wrote on Telegram that Russia had conducted an “integrated attack” on various targets in the Ukrainian capital, describing it as “exceptional in its density.”

He said that the strikes had featured kamikaze drones, as well as cruise and possibly ballistic missiles. Popko claimed the “majority of enemy targets in the airspace of Kiev were detected and destroyed.”

The commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian armed forces, General Valery Zaluzhny, later reported that 18 missiles had been fired by Russia, claiming that all of them had been intercepted by Kiev’s air defenses. Among them were six Kinzhal missiles, nine Kalibr cruise missiles, and three ground-launched Iskander ballistic missiles, the general said.

Last week, Ukrainian officials announced that a US-supplied Patriot system had shot down a Kinzhal missile above Kiev.

Moscow did not officially comment on the claims, although a high-ranking source in the Russian Defense Ministry told RIA Novosti that it was “wishful thinking” by Ukraine. The Patriot system is not capable of intercepting a hypersonic missile such as the Kinzhal, the source insisted.

The Kinzhal is a Russian hypersonic air-to-surface missile that has been in service since 2017. It can travel at speeds of up to Mach 12 (around 14,800kph) while performing evasive maneuvers, and is said to be able to penetrate any existing air defenses.

Video: World Economic Forum Says 2024 Election Will be Run by Artificial Intelligence

Schwab henchmanYuval Noah Harari said that the 2024 election could be run by AI, and indicated that Q Anon is an AI PsyOp.

High-level World Economic Forum advisor Yuval Noah Harari, a key henchman to WEF leader Klaus Schwab, says that the 2024 election could be run entirely by artificial intelligence and that in the near future, AI technologies will be writing new religions for humans to follow, presumably religions that benefit groups like the World Economic Forum and their global government allies. Harari also indicated that cult-like online theories like “Q Anon” could already be controlled by government-backed AI in a twisted test run for promoting new, computer-designed religions.

Harari, a top World Economic Forum member and a lecturer at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, said in a recent address that artificial intelligence will be meddling in the 2024 US Presidential race, producing new “political manifestos,” “fake news stories,” and even “holy scriptures” – though, according to Harari’s plot line, the “holy scriptures” will be more like handbooks for political cults.

Harari compared the AI-guided political cults to the Q Anon conspiracy group while indicating that Q Anon itself is controlled by AI or, at the very least, by the US government and its subcontractors.

“Think for example about the next US Presidential race, in 2024, and try to imagine the impact of the new AI tools that can mass-produce political manifestos, fake news stories, and even holy scriptures for new cults,” Harari said.

“In recent years, the politically influential Q Anon cult has formed around anonymous online texts, known as ‘Q drops.’ Now, followers of this cult, which are millions now in the US and the rest of the world, collected, revered, and interpreted these Q drops as some kind of new scripture, as a sacred text,” Harari said.

“Now, to the best of our knowledge, all previous Q drops were composed by human beings and bots only helped to disseminate these texts online.”

“But,” Harari went on, “in [the] future, we might see the first cults and religions in history whose revered texts were written by a non-human intelligence.”

Matt Gaetz demands FBI agents be indicted after damning Durham report

Rep. Matt Gaetz demanded that the FBI be defunded and its agents criminally indicted after a report found that the bureau lacked evidence to launch an investigation into former President Donald Trump’s alleged collusion with Russia in 2016.

Trump-era special counsel John Durham on Monday produced a 300-page report summing up his four-year review of the FBI’s actions, which found that the agency rushed into its investigation, relied too heavily on raw and unconfirmed intelligence, and “willfully ignored” or rationalized away information that did not support its collusion theory.

Gaetz (R-Fla.), a staunch Trump ally, ripped into the bureau following the release of the report, which he touted in a tweet as an “absolutely DAMNING treatise on the weaponization of the FBI against President Trump.”

During an interview on Newsmax Monday night, Gaetz accused the FBI of becoming “the enforcement wing of the Democratic Party to play offense against Trump,” and argued that the agency should face harsh consequences for its wrongdoings.

“I think we have to deauthorize, defang and defund many of these authorities and entities and different task forces that actually converted the just and righteous act of protecting our country with the desire to have a particular political candidate win or lose,” the lawmaker said.

For years, Trump and his supporters had claimed that Durham’s probe would uncover the “crime of the century.”

But despite the damning findings, it has resulted in just one guilty plea — from ex-FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who admitted in 2020 to altering an email in order to get a surveillance warrant against Trump campaign aide Carter Page renewed.

Two other criminal cases that emerged from Durham’s probe and were brought to trial ended in speedy acquittals.

Gaetz fumed that the lone guilty verdict against the disgraced FBI employee — who he said has already resumed his law practice in Washington, DC — was insufficient.

“If that had been a Republican operation — an operation to help a Republican candidate — it wouldn’t have ended in a report. It would have ended with real significant indictments,” the congressman added.

Gaetz said Durham’s review should result in “firings” and a bipartisan reform of the FBI.

“And I think we should claw back the $325 million that Nancy Pelosi had gifted for the new FBI headquarters in the DC area,” he added.

Durham proves that Hillary and the FBI tried to rig the 2016 election

Special counsel John Durham exposed Monday how the FBI and Justice Department plotted to rig the 2016 presidential election.

His 316-page report proves federal law enforcement was weaponized by shielding the Hillary Clinton campaign and persecuting the Donald Trump campaign.

Yet despite the damning evidence, most of the media are treating the Durham report as a “nothingburger.”

FBI racketeering repeatedly rescued Hillary Clinton.

The Clinton Foundation raked in hundreds of million dollars of squirrely foreign contributions while she was secretary of state and revving up her presidential campaign.

The Durham report found that “senior FBI and Department officials placed restrictions on how [the Clinton Foundation investigation was] handled such that essentially no investigative activities occurred for months leading up to the election.”

On top of that dereliction, “the FBI appears to have made no effort to investigate . . . the Clinton campaign’s purported acceptance of a [illegal] campaign contribution that was made by the FBI’s own long-term [confidential human source] on behalf of Insider-I and, ultimately, Foreign Government.”

Top FBI officials also saved Hillary Clinton by scorning the federal statute book and treating her pervasive, perpetual violations of federal laws on classified documents as a harmless, unintentional error.

Shortly after FBI chief James Comey announced no charges against Hillary, “Clinton allegedly approved a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to tie Trump to Russia as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server,” according to the Durham report.

CIA chief John Brennan briefed President Barack Obama and other top officials on “alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016 of a proposal . . . to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.”

The Clinton campaign helped bankroll the notorious Steele dossier, which made sweeping, unsubstantiated and salacious accusations against Trump.

‘Matilda’ star Mara Wilson: I was ‘sexualized’ on porn sites as a child

Mara Wilson cemented herself as one of the top child stars of the 1990s with roles in movies like “Matilda” and “Mrs. Doubtfire” — but she doesn’t look back on the time in her life fondly.

Wilson, now 35, has opened up about about feeling “sexualized” as a young kid growing up in the film industry.

“I don’t think you can be a child star without there being some kind of lasting damage,” Wilson told the Guardian. “People don’t realize how much constantly talking to the press as a child weighs on you.”

The “Miracle on 34th Street” alum then recalled how she began acting at the age of 6 years old, and by the time she was seven, her fame skyrocketed.

She noted that the media began to ask her questions in her early years if she knew about “French kissing” and which actor she thought was hot.

“I had people sending me inappropriate letters and posting things about me online,” she said. “I made the mistake of Googling myself when I was 12 and saw things that I couldn’t unsee.”

She also revealed that she discovered her face Photoshopped onto adult women’s bodies and shared on porn websites.

Despite her experiences, the California native revealed that Hollywood didn’t “destroy” her, saying she “always felt safe on film sets.”“There were definitely some sketchy, questionable things that happened at times – adults that told dirty jokes, or sexually harassed people in front of me,” she added.

“People who did things like ask me if it was OK if I worked overtime, instead of asking my parents, but I never felt unsafe. I think that’s because I worked with a lot of really wonderful directors, who were used to working with children.”

When Wilson hit her preteen years, a director asked her to wear a sports bra so she could cover her growing chest.

This affected her confidence, with Wilson believing that she wasn’t a “cute” child star anymore.

She had this “Hollywood idea” etched in her mind that if she’s not this adorable, sweet kid anymore, then “you’re not beautiful” and “you are worthless.”

“Because I directly tied that to the demise of my career,” Wilson said.

“Even though I was sort of burned out on it, and Hollywood was burned out on me, it still doesn’t feel good to be rejected. For a long time, I had this kind of dysmorphia about the way that I looked and I obsessed about it too much.”

Wilson took a hiatus from acting in 2000, however, just before taking a break from cinema, she lost out on one of her final auditions to Kristen Stewart.

This move hurt the “Good Girls Don’t” author’s self-esteem, with her saying to herself: “You think, ‘I’m ugly, I’m fat.'”

“I became much more guarded, more anxious and depressed and cynical, and when you’re like that, it’s very hard to land a role, because in an audition, you have to be open and honest. It took a toll on me,” she admitted.

Major Tech Company to Cut 11,000 Jobs as Part of ‘Turnaround’ Plan

Vodafone, one of the world’s largest telecommunications services, has become the latest tech company to announce mass layoffs as part of a “turnaround” plan to help the carrier regain its competitive edge following periods of underperformance.

In a statement on Tuesday, newly appointed CEO Margherita Della Valle said the layoffs will include 11,000 employees over a three-year period—the biggest job cuts in the history of the company, which employs around 100,000 people in Europe and Africa.

Della Valle, an Italian businesswoman who was given the authorization to turn the company around when appointed chief executive in late April, said the job cuts would affect both the firm’s headquarters and local markets in other countries.

Setting out her roadmap, Della Valle also said she would maximize the potential of business customers, a long-standing Vodafone strength, while focusing on the basics, such as customer service.

“Our performance has not been good enough. To consistently deliver, Vodafone must change,” she said. “My priorities are customers, simplicity, and growth. We will simplify our organization, cutting out complexity to regain our competitiveness.”

Germany, the UK-based company’s biggest market, has been performing poorly, she added, pointing out the company is considering a strategic review for Spain, which has seen strong price competition in recent years.

According to financial results as of March 31, revenue in Germany fell by 1.6 percent largely due to broadband and customer losses as well as declining average revenue for each mobile user. In Spain, revenue declined by 5.4 percent due to price competition in the value segment and a declining customer base.

Vodafone reported a 30 percent total revenue contribution in Germany, more than double compared to the carrier’s second-largest consumer, the United Kingdom, where overall revenue saw a 3.6 percent increase.

The telecommunication service is a major provider of mobile networks in these three European countries, as well as in Italy and parts of Africa.

Worsening Outlook

Vodafone reported a 1.3 percent overall decline in group core earnings to €14.7 billion ($15.9 billion) for the year, below the company’s own guidance, citing higher energy costs and commercial underperformance in Germany.

Shares in Vodafone, meanwhile, fell to their lowest level since early January and were trading down 4 percent early on Tuesday. The price fall was most likely down to its forecast of €3.3 billion ($3.6 billion) of cash flow this financial year, down from €4.8 billion ($5.2 billion) in the year to end-March, Della Valle said.

Della Valle also said the European telecoms market had long delivered a poor return on the capital invested in networks, but Vodafone’s relative performance had worsened over time.

Additionally, Vodafone already started to cut jobs in big markets, shedding 1,000 in Italy this year. In Germany, the company’s regional boss Philippe Rogge said in late March that he was looking to cut around 1,300 positions, or around 6.3 percent of the 14,230 full-time jobs, according to German newspaper Handelsblatt.

“If we want to finance our ambitions, we have to take this painful step,” said Rogge, who is also a member of the group’s board of directors in London.

Della Valle’s predecessor, Nick Read, who stepped down in December amid investor frustration, had said consolidation was needed in major markets like Britain, where Vodafone has been in talks with Hutchison’s Three UK for at least nine months.

Vodafone said on Tuesday there could be no certainty that any transaction would ultimately be agreed.

NatCon: Plummeting Birthrates Are Biggest Threat to Western Society, Warns Conservative MP

It is not Communist China, Russia, or even the supposed climate crisis, but rather the plummeting birthrates that represents the greatest single threat to Western society, Conservative MP Miriam Cates warned.

Delivering a speech at the National Conservatism Conference in London on Monday, Tory MP Miriam Cates argued that the most important issue facing the West is the “failure to deliver” babies, as forces such as “cultural Marxism” and a lack of pro-family government policies disincentivises the younger generations from starting families at replacement-rate levels.

“None of our philosophical musings or policy proposals will amount to anything long-lasting unless we address the one overarching threat to British conservatism, and indeed to the whole of Western society. No it’s not climate change, it’s not Russia or China or Iran, it’s not the Neo-Marxist ideology that has so weakened our institutions, it’s not inflation, or taxation, or poor productivity. There is one critical outcome that liberal individualism has completely failed to deliver and that is babies,” Cates told the crowd at the Emmanuel Centre in Westminster.

The Member of Parliament, who has become a leading voice — if not one of the only voices — within the Conservative Party for pro-family policies, went on to say that it is imperative to give a positive vision to young people, saying that the hope for the future has been overpowered by the forces of cultural Marxism, which she said according to The Guardian is “systematically destroying our children’s souls.”

Cates argued that a broader societal shift is required to foster the environment needed to encourage families to prosper, saying that while important, home ownership and employment are not the only things that matter in the equation.

“When culture, schools and universities openly teach that our country is racist, our heroes are villains, humanity is killing the Earth, you are what you desire, diversity is theology, boundaries are tyranny and self-restraint is oppression, is it any wonder that mental health conditions, self-harm and suicide, and epidemic levels of anxiety and confusion characterise the emerging generation?” Cates questioned.

Nevertheless, the Tory MP went on to criticise the Conservative government for failing to deliver pro-family policies. One of the chief complaints among pro-family advocates has been how the state taxes families versus individuals: the government only taxes individuals, not family units, meaning that families reliant upon a single income of £50,000 will take home less money than two working parents on salaries of £25,000, thereby incentivising both partners to work rather than stay at home with children.

Rather than attempting to help families during the cost of living crisis, Prime Minister Sunak’s government has instead introduced policies dubbed as “stealth taxes” in which future tax band thresholds are frozen. This will likely see thousands of middle-class families be placed in artificially high tax brackets as their wages rise due to inflation, which the freeze doesn’t take into account. To add insult to injury, family benefit programmes were also frozen, meaning that the same families will likely be priced out of the government programmes as their paychecks increase along with inflation.

Pro-democracy parties win historic victory in Thailand's election

Thai voters made clear in Sunday's election that they want change. The question is now whether the military-aligned establishment will let them have it.

Why it matters: Sunday's result was a political earthquake, not just because pro-democracy parties trounced pro-military ones, but also because the progressive party that finished first, Move Forward, campaigned on the once-taboo topic of reforming the monarchy.

Move Forward leader Pita Limjaroenrat, a former business executive and relative newcomer to politics who studied at Harvard and MIT, introduced himself on Monday as "the next prime minister of Thailand."

The twin pillars of Thailand's establishment, the military and the monarchy, have the power to block him. Thailand has seen 12 successful coups since 1932, and parties or candidates have frequently been disqualified from holding office even after elections were held.

But such an intervention would risk "major street violence" and create "an incredibly unstable situation," says Joshua Kurlantzick, senior fellow for Southeast Asia at the Council on Foreign Relations.

"Thailand is the only upper-middle income country that regularly has coups," Kurlantzick tells Axios. "Young Thais are tired of the economy and politics being stuck in this archaic past, run by generals and kings."

The big picture: Before Sunday's shock result, the election had been billed as a showdown between the military and the Shinawatra political dynasty, represented by the Pheu Thai party.

Parties associated with former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra had won the most seats in every election since 2001, but were repeatedly elbowed out of power by the coup-prone military.

This time, Thaksin's daughter Paethongtarn Shinawatra was on the ballot, facing off against Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha, who led a 2014 coup and retained power after the 2019 election. His popularity has since collapsed.

Meanwhile, massive pro-democracy protests broke out in 2020, with student leaders demanding reform not just of the military, but also of the monarchy.

That was unprecedented in a country where lèse-majesté laws mean criticizing Thailand's king can result in jail time. Dozens of protesters remain in prison.

In this election, Pheu Thai stuck to its pitch of lifting up lower-income voters but avoided the reform proposals that had energized the youthful protesters.

"Pheu Thai fought the wrong war, the populism war that it already won. Move Forward takes the game to the next level with institutional reform. That's the new battleground in Thai politics," Thitinan Pongsudhirak, a political scientist at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, told Reuters.

By the numbers: Move Forward won an estimated 151 of the 500 lower house seats, nearly sweeping the capital, Bangkok. Pheu Thai won 141. Pita announced on Monday that they'll try to form a government with four smaller parties, bringing the bloc's total to 309 seats.

That clear majority could nonetheless be insufficient because a new constitution brought in under Prayuth's junta gave 250 military-appointed senators a vote on prospective prime ministers. If the Senate votes against Pita's coalition, it would be rejected.

But Prayuth's party and another military-backed party only won a combined 76 seats.

Even if the pro-military bloc gets other nonaligned parties onside, it could only cobble together a very weak minority government. That is, unless it enticed Pheu Thai to join forces, though that currently looks unlikely.

47% of all internet traffic came from bots in 2022

A new report reveals that in 2022, 47.4% of all internet traffic came from bots, a 5.1% increase over the previous year. The same report showed that human traffic, at 52.6%, decreased to its lowest level in eight years.

This week, Imperva released its 10th annual Bad Bot Report, a global analysis of automated bot traffic across the internet. The annual report provides security and business leaders with information about the evolution of bot technology and automated traffic. This year’s report also documents milestones in the evolution of bad bot technology.

For the fourth consecutive year, the volume of bad bot traffic — malicious automated software applications capable of high-speed abuse, misuse and attacks — grew to 30.2%, a 2.5% increase over 2021.

Other report highlights include

In 2022, the proportion of bad bots classified as “advanced” accounted for 51.2% of all bad bot traffic. In comparison, the level of bad bot sophistication in 2021 was 25.9%.

Account takeover (ATO) attacks increased 155% in 2022 and 15% of all login attempts in the past 12 months — across all industries — were classified as account takeover.

In 2022, 17% of all attacks on APIs came from bad bots abusing business logic. In addition, 35% of account takeover attacks in 2022 specifically targeted an API.

Travel (24.7%), retail (21%) and financial services (12.7%) experienced the highest volume of bot attacks. Gaming (58.7%) and telecommunications (47.7%) had the highest proportion of bad bot traffic on their websites and applications.

Of the 13 countries analyzed in the report, seven had bad bot traffic levels that exceeded the global average of 30.2%. Germany (68.6%), Ireland (45.1%) and Singapore (43.1%) ranked in the top three, while the U.S. also exceeded the average at 32.1%.

One-in-five bad bots used Mobile Safari as their browser of choice in 2022, up from 16.1% in 2021.
