Clarke: While in office, Trump also did the following to encourage violence- label the news media the enemy of the people. Encourage police officers to be tough with people they arrest. Encourage the shooting of looters. Praised law enforcement for an extra-judicial killing, and told the Proud Boys…to 'stand back and stand by'.
