In 2017 the the FBI raided the offices and intercepted the communications of Chi Ping “Patrick” Ho, a Chinese national suspected of espionage who was a business partner with Hunter and Jimmy Biden. Patrick Ho was later put on trial and found guilty of bribing government officials around the world to advance the interests of the Chinese Communist Party.

The crooked Department of Justice hid Hunter Biden’s connections with Patrick Ho during his trial and even redacted Hunter Biden’s name from the evidence documents.

At the same time that Department of Justice officials were using spying and corruption statutes to aggressively pursue Donald Trump’s allies based on what turned out to be rumor and innuendo, they declined to use those same laws to investigate evidence of wrongdoing involving Biden family members and one of their corrupt Chinese business partners, DOJ documents and federal court records reveal.

In 2016-2017, the evidence shows, the FBI raided the offices and intercepted the communications of Chi Ping “Patrick” Ho, a Chinese national suspected of espionage even as he was negotiating business deals with former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter and brother James.

DOJ later used information obtained from the searches and wiretaps – which included conversations with the current President’s son and brother – to convict Ho of bribery and money laundering, as part of a separate corruption case involving United Nations officials. But it declined to tap into its trove of evidence – including “over 100,000 emails” – to explore the connections between Ho and the Bidens, who received millions of dollars from Ho and a Chinese intelligence front and discussed sharing office space.

At Ho’s 2018 trial, prosecutors hid Hunter’s connection to Ho, redacting his name from court exhibits while describing Ho as “the person who flies around the world paying bribes to advance the interest of the oil company [CEFC China Energy],” according to hearing transcripts.

The FBI and DOJ knew that Hunter Biden was business partners with Patrick Ho.

A new tranche of emails released from Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell reveal Joe Biden’s slimy grifter brother Jim providing wire instructions to Patrick Ho, the ‘spy chief of China.’

Patrick Ho, a Hong Kong national, was suspected of being a covert agent for the Chinese government and was previously under FISA surveillance.

Ho was charged with money laundering in connection with CEFC contracts in Africa in 2017, according to court documents.

Recall, in an audio recording released by The National Pulse on Tuesday, Hunter Biden is heard describing Patrick Ho as his business partner and the ‘f*cking spy chief of China.’

Hunter Biden is heard complaining about his business partner Devon Archer naming him and Joe Biden as witnesses in a criminal case in the Southern District of New York without even notifying him.

The National Pulse released a March 21, 2018 email from Jim Biden providing wire instructions for Patrick Ho.

An email from March 21, 2018 shared by National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam on Twitter shows Joe Biden’s brother Jim providing necessary information to complete a wire transfer to an individual named Mervyn Yan on behalf of Ho.

The “purpose of” the transfer per Jim Biden was for “Dr. Patrick Ho Chi Ping representation.”

Owasco LLC, the beneficiary according to Jim Biden, per the U.S. Senate report on Hunter Biden’s business dealings describes the law firm’s “executing officer and governor as Robert Hunter Biden.”

Hunter Biden associate and whistleblower Tony Bobulinski later sat down for an interview with Tucker Carlson which aired on FOX News.

Tony Bobulinski is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family.

Bobulinski told Tucker Carlson that he asked Jim Biden specifically, “How are you guys getting away with this? Aren’t you concerned?”

Bobulinski said Jim Biden looked at him and laughed and said, “plausible deniability.”

Of course that smug remark from Jim Biden came before emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell were released.

"I had bad friends, and I did nothing but misbehave," he says.

"I didn't have any money, so I earned money by doing things like stealing and extortion.

"I guess I inherited a similar personality to my father."

Yakuza is an umbrella term used to describe organised crime syndicates in Japan involved in racketeering, prostitution, gambling, fraud, drug trafficking and other criminal activity.

Members often mark themselves with large tattoos, but unlike some criminal gangs, these represent events or experiences from a gang member's life, rather than identifying a particular gang.

Japan Bristles at Biden’s Ambassador Rahm Emanuel Pushing LGBTQIA2S+ Law: ‘Sick and Tired of the Interference’

Observers and conservative voices in Japan are increasingly uncomfortable with President Joe Biden’s ambassador to the country, Rahm Emanuel, inserting himself in domestic politics, particularly pressuring Japan’s legislature to pass a law against LGBT discrimination.

Japanese lawmakers have spent months agonizing over drafting a bill to address LGBT rights and have yet to land on a document with a chance of passing through the Diet, or legislature, at press time. Nearly a month after the conservative ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) agreed to focus on writing an LGBT bill, the LDP announced this week it would finally submit a draft prior to the G7 Summit, beginning on Friday in Hiroshima.

Polling shows most Japanese people support same-sex marriage and oppose discrimination; Japan does not have legalized same-sex marriage but often ranks low on lists of countries where LGBT people risk discrimination.

The bill is presented as an attempt to “foster understanding of sexual minorities.” The need for such a bill has generated controversy — some LGBT groups have opposed it — as have provisions involving people who identify as transgender. Some Japanese women have expressed fear that the law would allow men into sensitive women’s spaces, such as bathrooms or public baths (where, in Japan, strangers commonly bathe together but nude and separated by gender). LDP leaders expressed hope this week that the new draft of the bill would assuage those concerns.

Emanuel, as a foreign diplomat, has cannonballed into this sensitive debate, pressuring the Diet to embrace Western notions of LGBT rights. The ambassador pressured the Diet in February to become a “clear, unambiguous voice not only for tolerance but against discrimination,” asserting he had “full confidence” in conservative Prime Minister Kishida Fumio to push through a bill of Emanuel’s liking. He has since made multiple public appearances, noting polls showing Japanese public support for same-sex marriage and advocating for domestic laws to reflect those polls.

Last week, during heated partisan debates on what the text of the LGBT bill should include, Emanuel used his Twitter account to publish a video featuring the diplomats of 15 Western missions in Tokyo demanding legislation on the issue.

Never Forget the Misinformation and Collusion by the Mockingbird Media Regarding “Russia, Russia, Russia” – And Remember Who Had it Right from the Beginning

With the much anticipated release of the Durham report yesterday completely exonerating President Trump of any collusion in the “Russia, Russia, Russia” hoax promulgated by the Hillary Clinton campaign and in conjunction with a slew of shady “intelligence” agents and their respective agencies, one thing is perfectly clear: they were all willfully wrong. In fact, in the words of Rumble podcast host Dan Bongino: “It was a coup.”

While Durham did not ultimately recommend charges to be filed, there is evidence and suggestions in the report to campaign finance violations with the FBI and Clinton campaign, as well as briefings at the highest levels of the executive branch to justify continued spying on a private citizen and political opponent, among other claims.

And all of this seems to have been in conjunction with a complicit media that asserted speculation as fact. Below is an excellent “montage” of many of the elaborate and unfounded claims made by the Mockingbird Media, including some bold assertions made to resistance pertaining to the story’s credibility from lawmakers and Donald Trump himself.

China tells foreign embassies to remove pro-Ukraine posters – media

Beijing has urged diplomats not to “cause conflict” and to avoid “political propaganda”

The Chinese government has sent a notice to multiple embassies and international organizations, asking them to remove inappropriate signs from their premises, a Japanese news agency reported on Tuesday. The request most likely refers to pro-Ukraine posters displayed by embassies of Canada, Poland and Germany.

The memorandum asked foreign missions not to use the outer walls of their buildings for “political propaganda” and to “avoid causing conflicts between states,” according to Kyodo News. It was reportedly sent by the Chinese Foreign Ministry on May 10.

The notice also informed recipients that they are “obligated to follow Chinese laws and regulations.” However, there was no indication China would renege on the principle of diplomatic immunity, established under the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.

Multiple Western embassies have put up posters declaring they “Stand With Ukraine,” in Chinese and English. The Canadian display in particular has drawn the attention of news photographers. Some embassies have also displayed the “rainbow progress” flag in support of LGBT causes.

Beijing’s request has reportedly “triggered a backlash” at Western embassies, according to Kyodo. One European diplomat said there was “no reasonable justification” for the request and that their embassy will not comply. None of the signs have come down yet.

The government in Beijing has resisted the pressure from the US and its allies to side with the West against Russia, urging a peaceful end to the hostilities that escalated in February 2022. At the daily press briefing on Tuesday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said the US should “reflect on its responsibility on the Ukraine issue and stop coercing other countries to pick sides and smearing others.”

“We believe that most countries would like to see a peaceful settlement of the Ukraine crisis instead of more arms sales and actions that fuel the flames, such as what the US has been doing,” Wang added.

Schiff stands by Trump-Russia collusion hoax despite Durham report's condemnation of FBI

While serving on the House Intelligence Committee, Schiff repeatedly made now-debunked claims about the evidence of collusion, some of which relied on the Steele Dossier, which itself was the product of the Clinton campaign's opposition research.

California Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff, a vocal proponent of the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, is standing by his assertions in the wake of Special Counsel John Durham's report revealing that the intelligence community had no predicating evidence when it began its investigation of the Trump campaign.

"Neither U.S. law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation," Durham wrote.

Schiff, for his part, contended that "what he said is that there wasn’t evidence of collusion before they began the investigation. That’s obviously a very important distinction," when speaking to the Epoch Times. He specifically pointed to Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort's providing a Russian agent with polling data on the campaign, saying "that looks like plain collusion" to the average American.

While serving on the House Intelligence Committee, Schiff repeatedly made now-debunked claims about the evidence of collusion, some of which relied on the Steele Dossier, which itself was the product of the Clinton campaign's opposition research.

With respect to evidence that may have turned up from the FBI investigation, Durham did assert that nothing substantiated a wide-ranging conspiracy between Trump campaign officials and the Russian government. Moreover, he pointed to statements from involved officials indicating that the investigation did not produce such evidence.

"The FBI Intelligence Analyst who had perhaps the most in-depth knowledge of particularly sensitive Russian intelligence information in FBI holdings during the relevant time period disclosed that she never saw anything regarding any Trump election campaign conspiracy with the Russians, nor did she see anything in FBI holdings regarding Carter Page, Michael Flynn, George Papadopoulos, or Paul Manafort engaging in any type of conspiracy with the Russians regarding the election," Durham wrote.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy ultimately denied Schiff a spot on the House Intelligence Community this year, despite his status as a former chairman, citing his penchant for false or misleading statements.

"Schiff has lied too many times to the American public. He should not be on Intel," McCarthy said in January.

The California Democrat is not the only prominent Trump-Russia collusion proponent to have egg on his face after the release of the Durham report. Former CIA Director John Brennan, who has repeatedly insisted that collusion occurred, had his claims undercut in the report.

"CIA Director John Brennan and Deputy Director David Cohen were interviewed by the Office and were asked about their knowledge of any actual evidence of members of the Trump campaign conspiring or colluding with Russian officials," Durham wrote in the report. "When Brennan was provided with an overview of the origins of the Attorney General's Review after Special Counsel Mueller finding a lack of evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian authorities, Brennan offered that 'they found no conspiracy.'"

Top House Republican To Hit Secretary of State Blinken With Contempt Charge

Texas Republican Rep. Michael McCaul is planning to file contempt of Congress charges against Secretary of State Antony Blinken this month after the top Biden administration official has refused to comply with a series of subpoenas.

McCaul, who chairs the House Foreign Affairs Committee, has attempted to have Blinken come before the committee numerous times. Now, the top Republican says he plans to introduce the contempt charge on May 24. It will then likely move to the House floor for a full vote by early June.

“I don’t take this lightly because a secretary of State’s never been held in contempt by Congress before,” McCaul told Fox News Monday evening. “And I think the secretary realizes that and the gravity. They probably prefer not to go down this route as well. But if they do not comply, we’re prepared to move forward next week with markup for resolution of contempt.”

“Even if passed by the House, the contempt charge would largely be a symbolic move, as President Biden’s Justice Department would likely decline to prosecute the case. McCaul first floated the possibility of a criminal contempt charge last week. Blinken and the State Department have blown past multiple deadlines to provide documents relating to President Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan in recent months,” Fox News reported.

“The Department is now in violation of its legal obligation to produce these documents and must do so immediately,” McCaul wrote last week. “Should the Department fail to comply with its legal obligation, the Committee is prepared to take the necessary steps to enforce its subpoena, including holding you in contempt of Congress and/or initiating a civil enforcement proceeding.”

“McCaul and his fellow Republicans seek access to materials, including a dissent report from the U.S. Embassy in Kabul dated just before Biden’s withdrawal plans were set in motion. Dissent reports detail any misgivings U.S. officials may have with a current plan of action. Blinken blew past the original deadline to supply the documents in March, then again in April when McCaul pushed back the deadline. McCaul set his latest line in the sand on May 1, and Blinken again refused to provide the documents,” the report added.

The Biden administration is under heavy fire this week on many fronts.

The FBI was forced to make a big admission after Special Counsel John Durham released the findings on the years-long investigation into former President Donald Trump and alleged Russian collusion.

Durham found the FBI used “uncorroborated intelligence” when it launched its investigation into Trump before the 2016 presidential election and that agents failed repeatedly to maintain “strict fidelity to the law” throughout the probe.

Soon after the report was made available to the public, the FBI responded by acknowledging there were several errors made in 2016. The bureau also conceded that the findings in Durham’s report are accurate.

Years of shoddy research have overstated the risk.

Studies have been linking red meat consumption to health problems like heart disease, stroke, and cancer for years, but these invariably suffer from methodological limitations. In an unprecedented effort, health scientists at the University of Washington scrutinized decades of research on red meat consumption and its links to various health outcomes, introducing a new way to assess health risks in the process. They only found weak evidence that unprocessed red meat consumption is linked to colorectal cancer, breast cancer, type 2 diabetes, and ischemic heart disease, and no link at all between eating red meat and stroke.

Studies have been linking red meat consumption to health problems like heart disease, stroke, and cancer for years. But nestled in the recesses of those published papers are notable limitations.

Nearly all the research is observational, unable to tease out causation convincingly. Most are plagued by confounding variables. For example, perhaps meat eaters simply eat fewer vegetables, or tend to smoke more, or exercise less? Moreover, many are based on self-reported consumption. The simple fact is that people can’t remember what they eat with any accuracy. And lastly, the reported effect sizes in these scientific papers are often small. Is a supposed 15% greater risk of cancer really worth worrying about?

Study slams lazy research

In a new, unprecedented effort, scientists at the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) scrutinized decades of research on red meat consumption and its links to various health outcomes, formulating a new rating system to communicate health risks in the process. Their findings mostly dispel any concerns about eating red meat.

“We found weak evidence of association between unprocessed red meat consumption and colorectal cancer, breast cancer, type 2 diabetes and ischemic heart disease. Moreover, we found no evidence of an association between unprocessed red meat and ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke,” they summarized.

The IHME scientists had been observing the shoddy nature of health science for decades. Each year, hundreds of frankly lazy studies are published that simply attempt to find an observational link between some action — eating a food for example — and a health outcome, like death or disease. In the end, owing to sloppy methods, varying subject populations, and inconsistent statistical measures, everything, especially different foods, seems to be both associated and not associated with cancer. How is the lay public supposed to interpret this mess?

A new system to establish risk

And so, the researchers came up with the burden of proof risk function, a novel statistical method to quantitatively “evaluate and summarize evidence of risk across different risk-outcome pairs.” Using the function, any researcher can evaluate published data for a certain health risk, then, using the function, compute a single number that translates to a one- through five-star rating system.

“A one-star rating indicates that there may be no true association between the behavior or condition and the health outcome. Two stars indicates the behavior or condition is at least associated with a 0-15% change in the likelihood of a health outcome, while three stars indicates at least a 15-50% change, four stars indicates at least a 50-85% change, and five stars indicates a more than 85% change.”

When the IHME utilized this function on red meat consumption and its potential links to various adverse health outcomes, they found that none warranted greater than a two-star rating.
