States don't have the authority to disqualify politicians in federal elections simply because they don't like them. There is NO law requiring a candidate to share their returns with the general public, unless there's evidence they broke the law as in the case of Obeyme who used someone elses SSN.
The USAG would step in and put a stop to it.
