Timeline of Durham’s appointment by AG Bill Barr, and how Bill Barr kneecapped Durham from the fucking beginning and NEVER intend him to be successful:

  1. On May 13, 2019AG Barr “directed United States Attorney John Durham to conduct apreliminary reviewintocertain mattersrelated to the 2016 presidential election campaigns” and that review “subsequently developed into a criminal investigation”. Note: AG Barr did not appoint him as Special Council he only directed him to look into a limited amount info on certain matters. We do not know what those matters were. It doesn’t mention investigating Russiagate, it was solely matters around 2016 election campaigns. We don’t even know if it included all investigations of Mueller or if he had access to the underlying conspiracy of Mueller’s team or the classified information Mueller had. A preliminary review doesn’t seem to include “classified information because Barr did not give Durham access to that info until much later. (169 workdays, 38 weeks and 3 days)

2.On February 6, 2020, the Attorney General appointed Mr. Durham “Special Attorneyto the Attorney General pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 515”. Durham was not appointed Special Counsel but Special Attorney, so he had no independence. He spent 8 months and 13 as Special Attorney.

28 CFR § 0.13 - Legal proceedings.

CFR

§ 0.13 Legal proceedings.

(a) Each Assistant Attorney General and Deputy Assistant Attorney General is authorized to exercise the authority of the Attorney General under 28 U.S.C. 515(a), in cases assigned to, conducted, handled, or supervised by such official, to designate Department attorneys to conduct any legal proceeding, civil or criminal, including grand jury proceedings and proceedings before committing magistrates, which United Statesattorneys are authorized by law to conduct, whether or not the designated attorney is a resident of the district in which the proceedings is brought.

(b) Each Assistant Attorney General is authorized to redelegate to Section Chiefs the authority delegated by paragraph (a) of this section, except that such redelegation shall not apply to the designation of attorneys to conduct grand jury proceedings.

3.On October 19, 2020the AG determined “in light of extraordinary circumstances relating to these matters, the public interests warrants Mr. Durham continuing this investigation pursuant to the powers and independence afforded by theSpecial Counsel regulations.” Relying on “the authority vested” in the Attorney General, including U.S.C. 509, 510, and 515. (Note Barr could limit the authorities granted to Durham and obviously did not give him access to Classified information).

4.On December 21, 2020, the AG delegated “certain authority” (limited authority) to use classified informationto the Special Counsel. So any classified information from Durham report or further classified information Durham would need from Mueller or the government he did not have access to for 1 year and 5 months wasting his time of preliminary review, the Special Attorney (not SC) and even when appointed SC on October 19, 2020 he had no access to all authorities or until the day Barr resigned Dec. 2021, 2020. (Barr limited his authorities under SC to sections 509, 510, and 515, what other sections are missing?)

It should be obvious but someone probably got word to PDJT that Barr was blocking Durham’s work and thats whyTrump was saying where is John Durham?and Barr resigned in December 2020.

Anons please read this timeline synopsis, it shows how Barr intentionally thwarted Durham from day 1 and never intended him to be able to do his job.

Barr delayed Durham’s work so long, by only appointing full authorities as SC until Dec. 21, 2020, so Durham ended up under the authority of Garland which certainly limited Durham’s powers more than even Barr.

Did anyone in their right mind, would block Durham even more or didn’t think Garland would make Durham drag everything out and make it look like a “nothing burger” and to intentionally ruin the pristine record of Durham?

I have no trust in Barr, many anons said since 2019 and showed reasons for not trusting Barr and all his crimes under Bush, but I was as naive and hopeful as many others.

I now see Barr to the rescue was the plan from the beginning or when they knew Mueller would be a bust. So send a retired “retired knight” that would offer to risk the complete destruction of his own reputation.

It makes complete sense now Barr’s answer before Congress’s vetting meetings when a Democrat asked:

Aren’t you afraid of ruining your stellar reputation by taking the AG position under Trump?

Barr’s response: everyone dies some time! As if he didn’t care about it, he was doing the right thing.

Anons were right, and ultimately the “trust in so and so” was really “never trust anyone” and/or “trust but verify”

Barr intentionally destroyed Durham’s reputation, the DS read Q posts, they knew everything about Durham; and how much we knew about Durham and his past pristine and impressive record, so why not offer the one man that may have had success over the DS and sabotage him? They ALL intentionally destroyed Durham’s reputation. I hope to God Durham gets Justice!

Attached is original AG Barr’s appt of John Durham as Special Counsel on October 19, 2020. This was released less than 14 days before Nov, 3, 2020 Presidential election. He wasted Durham’s time for 1 year and 5 months when Barr had hDurham do a preliminary review and then as Special Attorney, both appointments were powerless. Why would Barr waste all that time?

And BTW AG Barr never gave Special Counsel Durham, access to classified information until December 21, 2020 the day Barr resigned. (Two months after Durham was officially appointed SC).

If its not obvious, there was no way for Durham to submit a report either from October 19, 2020 SC appt and certainly he would never be able to submit a SC report if he never had access to underlying classified information Barr finally gave SC on Dec. 21, 2020. The impossibility of Durham producing even a cursory report when he only got full access on 12/21/20there was no way to generate a report within 30 days, or before Jan. 20, 2021 Bidan’s fake inauguration. Barr kneecapped Durham when we all believe he had been special counsel since May of 2019.

Excerpt of Bill Barr’s appt of John Durham as SC and code it relates to:

(e) Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(b), I have determined that the notification requirement in 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(a)(l)should be tolled (delayed) until at least after the November 3, 2020 election because legitimate investigative and privacy concerns warrant confidentiality.

§ 600.9 Notification and reports by the Attorney General.

(a) The Attorney General will notify the Chairman and Ranking Minority Member of the Judiciary Committees of each House of Congress, with an explanation for each action -

(1) Upon appointing a Special Counsel;

(2) Upon removing any Special Counsel; and

(3) Upon conclusion of the Special Counsels investigation, including, to the extent consistent with applicable law, a description and explanation of instances (if any) in which the Attorney General concluded that a proposed action by a Special Counsel was so inappropriate or unwarranted under established Departmental practices that it should not be pursued.

Some questions on the SC appt language especially section E:

  1. Why did Barr write on 10/19/20 that he would delay any reports from Durham until after the 2020 election? Durham would have officially be SC for only 13-14 days?

  2. It was not even conceivable that Durham could submit a report to the AG and then to Congress shortly after Nov. 3, 2020 especially he had no access to classified as SC info until 12/21/20. ( It’s obvious Barr hamstrung and limited Durham’s authorities as SC from the beginning). So why would Barr make note of this in his appt?

  3. Why did Barr want to delay informing congress of the SC’s report, when he knew he wasted 1 year and 5 months of Durhams time without the authorities of SC? Was he just trying to delay this in case Durham was a lot further on then Barr thought?

  4. Why did Barr only give access to classified documentation to the SC Dec. 21, 2020, two months after appointing him as SC?

5.How many other powers and authorities he withhold from Durham?

Dear Chairman Durbin, Chairman Jordan, Senator Graham, and Representative Nadler:

Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(a)(3), I write to inform you that Special Counsel John Durham has concluded his investigation. See Attorney General Order 4878-2020 (October 19, 2020) (Attorney General Barr's Order).

In addition to this notification, the Special Counsel regulations require that I provide you with "a description and explanation of instances (if any) in which the Attorney General concluded that a proposed action by a Special Counsel was so inappropriate or unwarranted under established Departmental practices that it should not be pursued." 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(a)(3).There were no such instances during Special Counsel Durham's investigation.

On Friday, May 12, 2023 , consistent with Attorney General Barr's Order, Special Counsel Durham submitted to me a 306-page unclassified report "in a form that will permit public dissemination," and a 29-page classified appendix. Attorney General Barr's Order ,i (f). The unclassified report and classified appendix are the only reports Special Counsel Durham submitted to me. Special Counsel Durham's unclassified report is attached in full as submitted to me, without any additions, redactions, or other modifications. Arrangements will be made for review ofthe classified appendix.

Finally, consistent with 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(c) and Attorney General Barr's Order, I will disclose this letter and the attached report to the public after delivering it to you.

Merrick B. Garland Attorney General

I have some doubts that since Durham had to disclose to Garland any prosecutions he wanted to pursue he would never have been allowed. He may have been pressured to finalize his work. This based on what the DOJ has done and will do to block an justice in the future. So the final report was released in timing the same day it came out whistleblowers were missing in court or arrested that the House Oversight Committee were relying on.
