A number of years ago, weren't we talking about how, if a private citizen is going to get charged as an enemy combatant or for treason, (something along those lines) and the decision on who would prosecute - the DOJ or the MILITARY is decided between the AG and JAG?
Did Barr give the authority to Durham on page 2, by giving Durham to prosecute? Could Durham be referring the cases over to the JAG for military tribunals?

Make the bad guys think that they could steal the 2020 election and cut off Durham, who hadn't had access to classified info. Make them think they could continue to bury their involvement.

Was Durham able to expand a coup d'etat investigation in 2020 and 2022? Probably not, but his investigation might cue up some things down the road.
Hoping the move was to hamper interference from the corrupt DOJ.
