when interacting with a polite person they might be saying things to test you, and be confrontational to figure out if you are friendly or just a person here to sow malcontentment.

and so they might ask for things, or say things, and if you politely respond back and explain yourself, and they read it and review your ideas and counter with something reasonable, then you can ascertain "OK, I don't agree but this isn't a person just here to frustrate me"

but what we get too much of, especially during certain 'shifts' of 'teams' who do message between themselves, what we get to much of is them just saying 'nuntt unnh' to anything you post.

they ask for sauce, you post sauce.

they insult you. The sauce isn't good enough.

or they pretend like it isn't anything.

you suggest that they look for it on their own, they ignore you.

you say things that are common knowledge, they say 'sauce it'

they ask for sauce sometimes to try to prove a negative that can't be proven, and they have to know this.

they use the rules of discord to drive you into a frenzy of trying to make them understand your point of view.

but here is the real reason you have to filter them: no matter what you do or say they will never agree that you have valid points, or that you are there to try to help and shed light on things.

all they are about it causing frustration and discord.

on the over night shift this is most apparent, the breads after 11 PM Eastern tme are crewed by a team that calls out a roll call with memes and phrases.

if you question them about it they gas light you.

about 3:30 or so, AM Eastern time, there is one that will start in with his confessions, and mockingly say 'I won't do this anymore'

it's the same thing night after night after night.

the solution is to either give up on it, or demonstrate what they are doing (and they will put you through the wringer) or filter.

the sanest choice for a novice anon is to just filter them.

but even when you do that the bread has to be reset because there is stuff that has to be deleted, so even though you filter them, later you still get to see all their nonsense.

if you want to talk to reasonable people, filtering them is a bad idea.

but for the crew that just wants discord here, filtering them is a sane alternative.

carry on.

as far as the dolt who spams his 'banned posts' he must realize that no one reads it anyway.

I don't like that they ban stuff, but spam, every afternoon, that is just hate speech does get banned.

and I think that often others are banned and that's not good and I don't like it.

but as far as the 'banned posts': no one is reading it. The BV is doing what everyone else would do anyway.

I've often thought it would be better if the banned posts were some how cached somewhere else, like I could subscribe to a BV and whatever that BV decided to filter I would get a different 'look' for those posts. Maybe a smaller font, maybe off to the right instead of against the left, some other thing that would separate them.

and then if I didn't like a BV (because he makes mistakes sometimes and hasn't learned to be nice to people) then I can not deal with his bans, but for other BV, I could say 'oh, ya, I like this guys point of view. These nonsense posts are gone'

so, ya, I might bitch about a BV mistakenly banning someone, but I really don't mind not seeing the 'banned posts' spam.

the solution is to be vigilent and review what gets banned.

and if BV are angry about some of us when we get banned in a way that we feel is a mistake, they can easily get over it.

and anytime I've had posts banned it was because the BV dart was thinking I was someone else, is my guess.

anyway, it's complicated.

but the 'banned posts' spammer gets no sympathy from me for his constant false historical story boarding and fake histories.

by hate speech I mean

"hateful pejorative word vomit"

I agree that 'hate speech' is a misused term, but hateful perjorative word vomit is what we get from the 'banned post' spammer.

it accuses everyone of being someone awful without knowing them at all.

maybe if it just posted links and didn't call everyone fowl names, it wouldn't be so odious and so obvious.

but it can't. It has issues with politeness and it's not just 'testing the waters' of another persons psyche to see what kind of person they are, it's a personal disorder, a deviant manner that can't be explained away by saying 'oh, he's just troubled and in a bad mood, this is forgivable'

no, the banned post spammer isn't deviant for cause (to assert control when it's in distress) it's degenerate deviant, without remorse.

being 'deviant' isn't always a bad thing.

I was considered that because I would deviate from getting the vaccine.

and I would tell them I wasn't vaccinated.

I'm sure they thought I was horid. and they banned me from their gatherings.

but to be degenerate deviant: that means you're doing it without remorse and need to understand that no one has to put up with it.

so banned post spammer, go buy a text book on psychology and look a description of yourself in those pages, learn why people hate to see your odious posts, and then reform yourself.

I understand that I've been upset at times needlessly arguing with those who use pejoratives in an inverted way, to test me.

And I understand that not all rudeness or impoliteness is done from malice. Often it is to reign in willful narcissism that anyone can fall into when they aren't checked.

The person who calls you and asshole might be the one who is most concerned with your well being.

Clearly this is a 'toxic slime pit' and discord isn't only name-calling, but hatefulness and malice of purpose that can't be easily cataloged.

some peole feel irrational hatred.

there really can't be laws against it.

some people behave with bigoted actions.

there can be laws against that.

to take a word that means a kind of bigotry and use it to say ' this kind of bigotry is banned more than other types of bigotry' seems bigoted.

and then to conflate the bigotry, which can be curtailed and made illegal, with feelings people have, and making the feelings also illegal?

that's what people are objecting to.

there is no special kind of bigotry that is more odious to wards some special group.

to choose a special group and make hating them a crime, when hate can't be banned, it's just a feeling, that is bigoted.

the effect: a special group demands special protection.

we want equal protection.

you can't ban hatred

you can ban bigotry.

but the conflation of a term used for bigotry to also mean hatred of those against whom the bigotry is perpetrated . . . that's bigoted and counter to the traditions of law.

'attack on BV dart'

how is explaining what Dart has done, and which is documented, an attack?

Dart needs to grow up and be more selective and not just delete people who he pleases without cause?

stop slandering people.
