Baker, we got a problem.

In bread 23159, you posted notables in a weird format and asked anons to check em. They did - and complained about it.

As a result, the baker who handed off the bread to you tried to take the bread back, resulting in two bakes for bread 23160.

Newly arrived BV locked his bread and kept yours because you were signed in baker.

What you did not say is that previous baker only took back the bread after you messed around with the formatting of the notes.

Re notetakers "just" baking breads -

They are pretty different skill sets. Those who are good at noting may find baking like juggling too many balls at once. Works the other way around too, which is why we have e-bakers.

Some anons live in places with wonky internet, don't wanna commit to baking as a result. Or may have crummy equipment - can take notes but don't want to risk baking. Or they are new - first became notetakers, later bakers. Now that breads are much longer, time may be a problem. Just adapt to the need of the hour.
