WHAT YOU WROTE -

LEts see what really happened

-Gerbs runing important bread

-lots of misc buns runniung

-multiple spmamming comments flooding the bread

-gerbs is main baker confirmed

-anion takes it upon himself to reclaim back the dough from current baker

-claims current baker notes are rancid, YET POST THE SAME SHIT I DID.

-claims germs had no right to bake early

but yet baker can bake at any moment

This is mostly irrelevant, did not see anything about baking early, can straighten that out later. Yes, you can bake early. But that's not the focus atm.

The problem as I see it was this:

You posted notes fairly late, espec for a baker who had the bread from the start.

You used a weird format, then asked anons for feedback

Feedback was negative from several - anons seldom pipe up like that, if several do, means many more agree

This caused former baker to take back the bake. Seizing the bread is always controversial - and anons do not like it - but notice that no anon told him off and one saluted him for his action

This should tell you all you need to know.

Your baking is appreciated. But your wish to set up notables differently than other bakers is not. We have traditions, they exist for a reason.

In the future, please

post notes early

post in same format used by all of us who bake

continue to ask for feedback (and please take it when given)

Thoughts?

Gerbs, you must admit to posting notes late-ish, much later than other bakers, there's even a special rule bc of this. This is something to look at.

Re seizing the dough:

Not generally recommended and rarely done

But to ask anons for feedback on notes and then post something that looks like nothing like notables is asking for trouble

When organizing notes, do it for yourself whatever way you want

But when posting notes on the board, needs to be done the way it's expected

All bakers run into the same problems you did

but you make it too complicated because you want categories that are elective, like memes

Memes are great but do not really belong in notables. Dropping them makes it easier.

Nobody likes to get their baking questioned or to have another baker take control because it seems right to him. But can be looked at also as an extreme form of feedback given when less extreme feedback gets no results.

Please just follow the guidelines given in previous post: post notes early/regularly, use the traditional format, and listen to what anons have to say. Will help if you simplify your approach.

Blessings baker,

Good night.
