For anyone else searching for what might be happening in the Black Forest of Germany, be advised that it is in the canton of Baden-Wurttemberg. That's the search term to use.
The Black Forest is located in Baden-Wurttemberg. If you've visited Germany as a tourist, you've likely been there. It's a very beautiful area, pretty villages, the Rhine River, vineyards on the hillsides, and old Palatinate-era castles dotting the countryside. Highly recommended if you can visit. The US military used to have a significant presence there, until Obama closed them down. Lots and lots of tucked away places for fine villas, secured buildings, or even underground structures (remember the extraordinary number of underground sites like Altaussee and Merkers - enjoy digging and learning more if you don't know, the tech skill was superior).
Searched Rothschilds +"Baden Wurttemberg" and found this. My first encounter with this website, but other anons are probably familiar. Seems like good source for Soros and Rothschild material, if not solid, then a fair jumping-off point.
