Does anyone have any suggestions for what program I can use to screen-record something that is going to be posted on Facebook Live? It's going to be a three-hour long video and I need a copy of it in real time, but I've never done this before.

If anyone can suggest a program, preferably a free one, I'd greatly appreciate it.
