What is used in making the bread for the Eucharist? Is it blood? Other bodily fluids? Is infliction of physical pain on oneself a requirement to participate.
The faith is that the bread and wine become body and blood through (ultimately) faith in the Word of Jesus. You don't use your own (or someone else's) flesh and blood.
The power of the lamb is the power over your evil desires. It doesn't keep bad things from happening to you or allow you special privilege for earthly benefit.
