Graduated from Creighton College of Law in 1992, same year another Argyrakis retired. Both of them had primary focus of immigration matters/issues.

Ran for AG as a Dem in 2010, 2012 no digs, 2014 ran for AG as Republican, 2016 ran for State Senate as Republican, 2018 again ran for AG but now as a Dem.
