Husband of California Democrat Rep. Linda Sanchez, Who Tried to Smear FBI Whistleblower, Sentenced to Prison in Connecticut Fraud Case

In a significant turn of events, the estranged husband of California Democrat Representative Linda Sanchez and former board chairperson of a Connecticut energy cooperative has been sentenced to prison in a Connecticut fraud case, AP reported.

James Sullivan, 56, was sentenced Wednesday to six months in prison after being convicted of involvement in a fraudulent scheme. The details of the fraud case reveal that he used public funds to pay for lavish trips to places like the Kentucky Derby and a high-end golf resort.

Sullivan is required to report to prison on July 12.

AP reported:

James Sullivan, 56, a one-time Democratic congressional candidate in Connecticut, was convicted of helping plan trips in 2015 and 2016 for dozens of top staff, board members and family members totaling $800,000. Prosecutors said the trips were unrelated to the business of the Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative, which receives federal funding from the U.S. Department of Energy.

The $800,000 included travel expenses, private chartered airfare, first-class hotel accommodations, meals, tickets to sporting events, golf fees, souvenirs and gifts, federal prosecutors said.

For a trip to the Kentucky Derby trip in 2015, which prosecutors said had an average cost of approximately $9,000 per guest, Sullivan brought his son, brother and sister-in-law, as well as a woman he knew and her friend.

Sullivan is married to Democratic U.S. Rep. Linda Sanchez, who dropped her bid for chair of the House Democratic Caucus after Sullivan’s indictment in 2018. Connecticut court records indicate the couple is going through divorce proceedings.

A second case against Sullivan and the energy cooperative’s former CEO is still pending related to $100,000 of Sullivan’s personal and travel expenses, including several entries that included expenses for Sanchez, such as travel to the Kentucky Derby and to Key West, Florida, in 2014.

Amidst the ongoing fraud case, Rep. Sanchez also faces scrutiny over her alleged attempt to discredit an FBI whistleblower. Reports suggest that she sought to tarnish the whistleblower’s reputation by spreading false information and questioning the veteran’s allegiance to the United States.

Democratic Rep. Linda Sanchez of California is not among those who are happy about the testimony of the FBI whistleblowers.

As one of them testified before the House Judiciary Committee on the weaponization of the federal government Thursday, she resorted to basically pulling names out of a hat in order to trap him into tanking his credibility.

Marcus Allen, whose name just sounds common, found himself in Sanchez’s crosshairs as she tried to pin a random Twitter account on him.

US and Israeli envoys clash over Soros

Washington thinks criticizing the financier is anti-Semitic, while the Israeli government thinks supporting him is anti-Semitic

The US and Israeli anti-Semitism envoys have taken opposing positions on whether supporters or critics of Jewish financier George Soros is anti-Semitic. The argument kicked off when Twitter CEO Elon Musk compared Soros to a cartoon supervillain.

In a tweet on Monday, Musk said that Soros reminds him of “Magneto,” a mutant-supremacist scientist from Marvel’s ‘X-Men’ universe. When a commenter pointed out that Magneto was depicted – like Soros – as a Holocaust survivor and that both have “good intentions,” Musk doubled down.

“You assume they are good intentions,” he wrote. “They are not. He wants to erode the very fabric of civilization. Soros hates humanity.”

Musk was quickly accused of anti-Semitism, with Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt declaring that by comparing the billionaire “to a Jewish supervillain,” Musk would “embolden extremists.”

The Israeli government disagreed. “The Israeli government and the vast majority of Israeli citizens see Elon Musk as an amazing entrepreneur and a role model,” Diaspora Affairs Minister Amichai Chikli tweeted on Thursday, adding that “criticism of Soros – who finances the most hostile organizations to the Jewish people and the state of Israel is anything but anti-Semitism, quite the opposite!”

Soros has donated more than $32 billion to liberal political causes through his Open Society Foundations NGO, and was the largest donor in last year’s midterm elections in the US, gifting $128 million to Democratic Party candidates and organizations. Soros funds a number of Palestinian activist groups that accuse the Israeli state of war crimes, and several international organizations that promote boycotts of Israeli goods and sanctions against its leaders.

In the US, the Biden administration sided with its leading donor against Chikli’s criticism.

“Irrespective of how one feels about George Soros’s politics or policies, it is entirely disingenuous to deny that many ad hominem attacks on him rely on classic antisemitic tropes and rhetoric,” US Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism Deborah Lipstadt tweeted on Friday.

“In bygone eras, the antisemites invoked the Rothschild family to advance their conspiracies about Jews. Today they use Soros to do so,” she declared.

Neither Soros nor his Open Society Foundations have responded to Musk’s comments. Asked on Tuesday whether he was worried his controversial tweets would drive advertisers away from Twitter, Musk told CNBC News “I don’t care. I’ll say what I want to say, and if the consequences are losing money, so be it.”

China announces major gold discovery

The economic value of the country’s largest single deposit of the precious metal is estimated at almost $28.5 billion

Chinese state-run gold producer Shandong Gold Mining announced on Friday that its controlling shareholder had discovered an additional 200 tons of gold resources at the Xiling gold mine in Laizhou in Shandong Province in eastern China.

The discovery brings the total cumulative gold reserve of the mine to 580 tons, making it the country’s largest deposit of the precious metal, with an estimated economic value of 200 billion yuan ($28.5 billion).

The Xiling gold mine is nearly 2,000 meters long and just over 2,000 meters wide, with a maximum thickness of 62.35 meters. The gold ore density averages 4.26 grams of gold per tonne. The deposit is estimated to be able to produce 10,000 tons of gold ore per day for the next 30 years.

“We drilled more than 180 holes over 300,000 meters. One of the drill holes is 4,006.17 meters deep, a precedent for small-diameter drilling in our country,” Feng Tao, deputy general manager of Shandong Gold Group, which owns the mine, said about the discovery.

In March, China reported the discovery of a huge gold deposit with a reserve of nearly 50 tons, the value of which was estimated at around $3 billion. The discovery was made in the rural city of Rushan, also located in Shandong Province.

The northeastern region of Shandong is home to China’s largest gold mine reserves, with the highest gold output and deposits nationwide, according to the China Gold Association.

In the first quarter of the current year, China reportedly produced 84.97 tons of raw gold, marking an increase of 1.88% from the previous year. Meanwhile, the country’s gold consumption reached just over 291 tons, a year-on-year surge of 12%.

Wagner Declares Full Capture Of Bakhmut After 224 Days Of Fighting

Head of the Russian private military group Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has announced Saturday that after months of grinding warfare and heavy casualties, Russia has now taken full control of the strategic city of Bakhmut.

Prigozhin is announcing final victory and that Bakhmut has finally fallen. "The operation to capture Bakhmut lasted 224 days" he said in a video posted to Wagner's Telegram channel. "Today at noon, Bakhmut was fully captured," he declared.

Russian state media is also declaring "The key Donbass city of Artyomovsk, known as Bakhmut in Ukraine, has been fully liberated by the Russian forces…".

Prigozhin described that full capture of the city finally came when an area containing high-rise buildings where the final Ukrainian defensive holdout had a presence was conquered.

Western media reports have said they can't verify the claims, but headlines in Reuters and the Associated Press are widely reporting the Wagner chief's declaration of victory:

In a video posted on Telegram, Wagner head Yevgeny Prigozhin said the city came under complete Russian control at about midday Saturday. He spoke flanked by about half a dozen fighters, with ruined buildings in the background and explosions heard in the distance.

But the mainstream media reports are also highlighting Ukraine's rejection of claims that the city has finally fallen. Yet, as the AP underscores, Ukrainian officials have lately admitted the situation was already dire for their forces:

However, after the video appeared, Ukrainian deputy defense minister Hanna Maliar said heavy fighting was continuing.

“The situation is critical,” she said. “As of now, our defenders, control certain industrial and infrastructure facilities in this area.”

Serhiy Cherevatyi, spokesman for Ukraine’s eastern command, told The Associated Press that Prigozhin’s claim “is not true. Our units are fighting in Bakhmut.”

Northern US Border Encounters With Illegals More Than Double In 7 MonthsNorthern US Border Encounters With Illegals More Than Double In 7 Months

Encounters with undocumented illegal migrants have more than doubled in the past seven months on the NORTHERN U.S. border, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data.

The figures show that Border Patrol agents recorded 4,827 migrant encounters between October 2022 and April along the U.S.-Canadian border.

Through the entire fiscal year 2022, Border Patrol along the northern border encountered 2,238 illegals.

The data also shows that of the close to 5000 who have crossed around half were from Mexico. They flew to Canada (no visa required) and then walked across the border there.

Sean Walsh, National Border Patrol Council President for the Swanton sector in Vermont, New York and New Hampshire has noted “The northern border is less secure than it ever has been and the security speaks for itself.”

“If we’re losing twelve times the amount of people just in this fiscal year alone than in the whole last year, the cartels and criminal organizations have taken advantage and exploited the border and this administration’s policies or lack of policies to address security,” Walsh added.

In March, CBP transferred agents from the southern border to the Swanton section of the northern border in an attempt to deal with the increased numbers.

Pentagon Walks Back Claim It Killed Al-Qaeda Leader In Syria

CENTCOM initially claimed the strike killed a senior al-Qaeda leader, but locals said the man was an innocent farmer

US military officials are walking back claims that a drone strike Central Command (CENTCOM) launched on May 3 in northwest Syria killed a senior al-Qaeda leader after evidence emerged that a civilian was killed.

When the strike was first launched in Syria’s northwest Idlib province, reports immediately emerged that the strike killed a sheep herder with no ties to any militant groups. The Associated Press spoke with family members and neighbors of the victim, Lotfi Hassan Misto, who insisted he was innocent.

According to The Washington Post, Misto was a 56-year-old father of 10, and the paper spoke with terrorism experts who said it was unlikely he was affiliated with al-Qaeda.

“We are no longer confident we killed a senior AQ official,” an unnamed military official told the Post. Another official claimed the person they killed was al-Qaeda but offered no evidence. “Though we believe the strike did not kill the original target, we believe the person to be al-Qaeda,” the official said.

CENTCOM’s initial press release on the strike did not name the person they killed. Since then, the command has refused to share any details of the operation or say why they could have targeted the wrong person.

The US military is notorious for undercounting civilian casualties or lying about them. The Pentagon is also known for investigating itself and finding no wrongdoing, even in instances of significant civilian deaths, such as the August 2021 Kabul drone strike that killed 10 civilians, including seven children.

IRS Audits Will Impact Small, Midsize Businesses Most; Expert Testifies

The Biden administration’s assurances that there will be no expanded tax audits on businesses and households making less than $400,000 per year applies to “total positive” income without losses, according to testimony before the Senate Finance Committee.

Chris Edwards of the CATO Institute testified before the committee on May 16 on the issue of the $80 billion in additional funds given to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as part of the Inflation Reduction Act.

During Edwards’ testimony, he was questioned by Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) about the promise, asking whether it was true that the $400,000 threshold assessed “total positive income.”

Edwards confirmed that the IRS plan was to assess income without accounting for losses and that the increased audits would likely impact “mainly small to midsize businesses, who actually may have [adjusted gross income] under 400,000.”

Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.) pointed out that when the IRS was given $80 billion, it was roughly equal to six times the agency’s 2022 budget, of which 46 billion is directed toward enforcement activities.

Edwards also pointed to the fact that on many occasions when audits lead to enforcement, the IRS is not correct in its assertion: “If you look at tax court cases over the last five years, the IRS gets it wrong about half the time,” he said. “The IRS only got 48 percent of the dollars that demanded.”

Grassley said that “even if an audit results in no additional taxes due, a taxpayer can still spend countless hours and incur significant costs responding to the IRS.”

Biden doubled down on his administration’s plan, telling the International Union of Operating Engineers in Maryland in mid-April: “[The] Inflation Reduction Act is going to bring down the deficit by hundreds of billions more in the decades ahead. And again, not a single Republican voted for it.

“Let me be clear again: Under my plan, no one earning less than $400,000 has seen, nor will see, as long as I’m president, a single solitary penny raised in their taxes. Not a single penny.”

WHO Issues Warning on “Unusual” Surge of Severe Myocarditis Cases in Newborns and Infants

Situation at a glance

On 5 April 2023, the National IHR Focal Point for the United Kingdom informed WHO of an increase in severe myocarditis in neonates associated with enterovirus infection in Wales. Between June 2022 and April 2023, ten hospitalised neonates with a positive enterovirus Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test were found to have myocarditis. Seven of the ten cases had further subtyping, with either coxsackie B3 or coxsackie B4 identified. As of 5 May 2023, one patient was still hospitalised, and one had died.

Although enterovirus infections are common in neonates and young infants, the reported increase in myocarditis with severe outcomes in neonates and infants associated with enterovirus infection is unusual.

Description of the situation

On 5 April 2023, the National IHR Focal Point for the United Kingdom informed WHO of an increase in severe myocarditis in neonates and infants associated with enterovirus infection in Wales.

Between June 2022 and April 2023, ten neonates, under 28 days of age, presented with a picture consistent with myocarditis and a positive enterovirus PCR. Seven cases were treated in intensive care, and one case died before transfer to tertiary care. Cases presented with features of sepsis, myocarditis, or in cardiorespiratory arrest. The peak incidence of cases was in November 2022, with sporadic cases in other months.

Enterovirus PCR testing of all ten cases (with either blood, throat swab, nose swab, nasopharyngeal aspirate or cerebrospinal fluid samples) confirmed the presence of an enterovirus, subtyping (where available) to either coxsackie B3 or coxsackie B4.

Critical care support including intubation, ventilation and circulatory support was given to the patients who went to intensive care.

As of 5 May 2023, one patient was still hospitalised and one had died.

The reported increase in severe myocarditis in neonates and infants associated with enterovirus infection is unusual. In the tertiary hospital covering the South Wales region, two other similar cases have been identified in the 6 years prior to June 2022.

A further five cases have been identified over the same period in the Southwest of England. No additional information is currently available about these cases. Details of five of the cases from South Wales and three of the additional cases from Southwest England have recently been published (Ng et al., 2023).

What Debt Ceiling? Biden Set to Send Another $375 Million in Weapons to Ukraine

U.S. President Joe Biden is reportedly set to announce another $375 million in weapons aid for Ukraine.

The United States is to hand over another $375 million in so-called “military aid” to Ukraine, officials in both the Biden and Zelensky administrations have claimed.

President Joe Biden is set to announce the new injection of guns and ammo imminently, with his government repeatedly shovelling billions of dollars worth of munitions into the country since it was invaded by Russia last year.

According to a report by POLITICO, the “aid” being sent East will include more artillery rounds, as well as armoured vehicles and anti-tank weapons.

The publication claims that the weapons will likely aid in the Ukrainian counterattack on Russian positions in the country, adding that there are likely “months of hard fighting” ahead.

This package is being sent on top of an extra $3 billion worth of aid allocated to Ukraine earlier this month due to a so-called “accounting error“.

Biden To Green-Light Allies Transferring F-16s to Ukraine

Western leaders are developing a plan to deliver American-made fighter jets to Kiev

The US will allow its European partners to transfer F-16s to Kiev, according to the Washington Post. Earlier this week, the UK and Netherlands began forming a coalition to send the American-made fighter jets to Ukraine.

A person "familiar with the decision" told the Post that the White House informed its allies it would not block their plans to provide Kiev with F-16s. When Washington sells F-16s, the buyer must agree that the US government can block the planes from being transferred to a third country.

A senior administration official said the plan would include training "on fourth-generation fighter aircraft, including F-16s, to further strengthen and improve the capabilities of the Ukrainian Air Force."

The official continued, "As the training takes place over the coming months, our coalition of countries participating in this effort will decide when to actually provide jets, how many we will provide, and who will provide them," adding, "This training will take place outside Ukraine at sites in Europe and will require months to complete."

According to the officials, training could begin during the coming weeks. Defense officials have previously estimated that Ukrainian pilots could learn how to fly the F-16 in as little as six to nine months. While Colin Kahl, a senior Department of Defense official, told Congress the process will take up to two years and $11 billion for Ukraine to successfully deploy the fighter jet.

The US and UK have already started training a limited number of Ukrainian pilots on Western aircraft.

In January, during a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron, Biden ruled out sending F-16s to Ukraine. Macron said Paris would only be open to transferring fighter jets to Ukraine if Kiev pledged not to carry out attacks on Russian soil.

In his many appeals for more advanced weapons from his Western partners, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has pledged not to use the weapons to attack Russian territory. However, that pledge does not extend to the Crimean Peninsula, annexed by Moscow in 2014. Additionally, documents included in the Discord Leaks showed Zelensky was plotting to attack Russia, notwithstanding his many promises.

Over 500 rabbis say Biden’s antisemitism plan should embrace disputed IHRA definition

Letter is sent to White House endorsing outline for anti-Jewish bigotry that covers some Israel criticism, as progressive groups warn it will stifle legitimate debate

More than 550 rabbis on Friday called for the Biden administration’s forthcoming strategy on fighting antisemitism to include a definition of anti-Jewish bigotry that has come under debate.

The rabbis’ letter endorsing the definition was sent as progressive groups are seeking to dissuade the administration from using the outline because they believe it chills legitimate criticism of Israel. The letter’s signatories disagree with that assessment.

“IHRA is critically important for helping to educate and protect our congregants in the face of this rising hate,” said the rabbis’ letter, which was sent to the White House via the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. The acronym IHRA refers to the 2016 working definition of antisemitism crafted by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance.

“We believe it is imperative that in its National Strategy to Combat Antisemitism, the administration formally embrace the IHRA Working Definition as the official and only definition used by the United States government and that it be used as a training and educational tool, similar to European Union countries’ use of the definition in their Action Plans,” the letter said.

The IHRA document consists of a two-sentence definition of antisemitism followed by 11 examples of how antisemitism may manifest. Most of those examples concern speech about Israel that the IHRA defines as antisemitic.

Israel critics, and some progressive supporters of Israel, say two of those examples are so broad that they inhibit robust criticism of Israel: “Applying double standards by requiring of [Israel] a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation” and “Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor.”

The letter’s signatories hail from all three major Jewish denominations, though the list of names includes few leaders of the movements. The Reform movement has said IHRA is a useful guide but has opposed using it in legislation.

Kari Lake’s attorney: Evidence of rushed ballot verification warrants overturning 2022 election

Lake fell about 17,000 votes short in the official count for the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election.

The trial brought by Kari Lake over questionable ballot counting and verification in her unsuccessful 2022 Arizona gubernatorial campaign concluded Friday with her lead attorney saying audit data on the processes shows “this election should be set aside.”

The trial lasted three days, with closing arguments on both sides focusing on whether there was mathematical evidence proving that Lake had actually won the election.

Lake fell about 17,000 votes short in the official count in her race against then-Secretary of State Hobbs.

She is suing Hobbs, the current Democratic governor, in addition to current Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D) and Maricopa County election officials, requesting last year's election results be invalidated or that she be declared the winner.

In Lake attorney Kurt Olsen's closing arguments he referenced data from the plaintiff’s expert witness, Erich Speckin, who has 30 years of experience analyzing signatures to determine authorship.

Olsen said that based on the county data that Speckin analyzed, "approximately 274,000 ballots out of 1.3 million cast were compared and signature verified, purportedly, in less than three seconds a ballot. Seventy-thousand in less than two seconds a ballot. That's not signature comparison” as defined by Arizona statute.

Based on those numbers, “This election should be set aside,” he said.

Maricopa Attorney Thomas Liddy in his closing arguments challenged Olsen's conclusion based on the calculations.

“There’s no competent, mathematical calculation whatsoever to conclude that a sufficient number – even one ballot – was improperly counted, let alone that there’s a sufficient number of votes improperly counted so as to affect the election’s outcome were even rendered uncertain," he said.

He concluded, “Lake has proven that our election process in Arizona is neither a joke nor a fraud. It works, it works well, and Arizonans can vote and be confident their vote will be counted. I ask this court to again reconfirm Miss Lake’s – Miss Hobbs’ election as governor.”

Lake’s team called six witnesses to the stand, including county Elections Director Rey Valenzuela, before he testified on the defendants’ behalf on Thursday. The defense attorney's only witness was Valenzuela, who is also one of the defendants.

In Maricopa, the state's largest and most populous county, signature reviewers examine signatures on early vote ballot affidavit envelopes and compare them to signatures for the corresponding voters on the voter registration database to ensure that the registered voter cast the ballot.

Ron DeSantis Plots Politics with Chris Sununu in New Hampshire

The upcoming week or two should provide more clarity on 2024 candidate field as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former Vice President Mike Pence and South Carolina Senator Tim Scott are all likely to make their enlistment official. Of course, most eyes will be on the Jeb! lane for 2024 which is currently occupied by Ron DeSantis.

Current Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, another approved Republican, is in a holding pattern above the race in the event that DeSantis does a big stupid. Meanwhile, New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu is now pushing himself into the foray, while simultaneously meeting with DeSantis to talk shop.

Things are starting to become clearer as we look at the approved Republican field and the intents of the people who control the real dynamic in GOPe politics, the BIG CLUB donors. Remember, GOPe politics is all about money, not ideology. The ideological framework of republican politics is a false front, where ‘social issues’ are used as the retained illusion inside the theater keeping the audience distracted, while the people who construct the performance take the loot from the coat check room out the back door.

Once you understand the real baseline of corporation run party politics inside the USA, all of the moves – past and present – make sense, and the ‘ah-ha’ moments just keep flooding in. {GO DEEP}

The boardroom of the Democrat private corporation (DNC) wants power. The boardroom of the Republican private corporation (RNC) wants money. The Democrats use money to get power, ultimately control over people; while the Republicans use power to get money, whatever happens to the people is irrelevant.

The DNC wants fundamental change; the RNC wants to be paid and control wealth while it happens. The core issue to understand republican politics is to look at how the people in control, the billionaires and multinational corporations, position for wealth. This is why the DNC weaponize voting systems (policy outcomes), while the RNC just want to be paid off while it takes place.

The focus on money is why we do not see policy at the forefront. Inside the internecine system of modern republican politics, the focus is always on the money.

The billionaires, multinational corporations, Wall Street hedge fund managers, and institutional wealth systems create the ‘acceptable republican‘ system, and as an outcome create the illusion of choice; however, each candidate delivers the same outcome to the people behind them – except Donald Trump and his America First agenda. That’s also why the entire assembly of GOPe candidates are against ‘MAGAnomics’.

The GOPe club know the illusion of choice begins with control over the first set of Republican states during the primary. Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina are important and highly visible not because those states magnanimously represent the interest of the national assembly, but rather as an outcome of the 2024 primary calendar.

American Domestic Bioterrorism Program

Building the case to prosecute members of Congress, presidents, HHS and DOD secretaries and federal judges for treason under 18 USC 2381

I started looking closely at the legal architecture supporting the Covid national prison panopticon on Jan. 30, 2022, after hearing Attorney Todd Callender’s interview, which provided information about the American domestic legal framework; how it fit with the oddly-coordinated pandemic story told by governments worldwide; and how it relates to the World Health Organization International Health Regulations of 2005 at the center.

I wrote up the interview:

Legal Walls - Short Version

Legal Walls of the Covid-19 Kill Box; PDF

Prior to that day, I’d spent a lot of time, with increasing confusion and alarm and despair, trying to figure out why the U.S. Constitutional legal system hadn’t put a stop to the nonsense as its nonsensicality became obvious to so many people.

Why did it continue, with no end in sight, and not even a glimpse of a path to the end?

Since then, as I’ve dug into Callender’s analysis following the supporting paper trails, I’ve learned why, and how.

A whole lot of things that once were federal and state crimes and civil rights violations have been legalized by Congress through legislative, statutory revisions to the United States Code, signed by US Presidents, and implemented at the administrative, regulatory level by the Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Defense through the Code of Federal Regulations.

I’ve reported on those findings in small bits and pieces, connecting the laws to court cases, executive orders, guidance documents for industry and researchers, academic papers, intellectual property patents, regulatory amendments, psychological manipulation programs, geopolitical developments and other facts as they’ve floated across my field of view.

I think the critical decay began around 1983, when the ‘public health emergencies’ section was added to the 1944 Public Health Service Act, although the 1944 PHSA itself represented an additional militarization of human medicine in the United States.

Most of the worst laws have been passed since 2000 — just before 9/11 and the US Department of Defense false flag anthrax attacks.

They are listed below, with links to the full text of each law, and a short summary of what I understand about how each one fits into the overall scheme.

The basic goal of the architects, which has been achieved, was to set up legal conditions in which all governing power in the United States could be automatically transferred from the citizens and the three Constitutional branches into the two hands of the Health and Human Services Secretary, effective at the moment the HHS Secretary himself declared a public health emergency, legally transforming free citizens into enslaved subjects.

That happened on Jan. 31, 2020, in effect as of Jan. 27, 2020 through the present day.

In other words: Congress and US Presidents legalized and funded the overthrow of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. government and the American people, through a massive domestic bioterrorism program relabeled as a public health program, conducted by the HHS Secretary and Secretary of Defense on behalf of the World Health Organization and its financial backers.

Rhode Island Governor Signs Bill Forcing Taxpayers to Fund Abortions Through Medicaid

Rhode Island Gov. Daniel McKee, a Democrat, has signed legislation forcing taxpayers to cover the cost of abortions for state officials and people on Medicaid.

The bill passed the House of Representatives on April 27 with a 49-24 vote.

The “Equality in Abortion Coverage Act” declares that “funding restrictions on abortion coverage interfere with an individual’s personal decision-making, with their health and well-being, and with their constitutionally protected right to a safe and legal medical procedure.”

Of course, the Rhode Island General Assembly, who introduced the legislation, cited racism as a reason for using taxpayer money to terminate pregnancies.

“Restrictions on abortion coverage have a disproportionate impact on low-income residents, immigrants, people of color, and young people who are already disadvantaged in their access to the resources, information, and services necessary to prevent an unintended pregnancy or to carry a healthy pregnancy to term,” the legislation says.

A report from the Daily Caller noted that the bill removed references to women, replacing them with “pregnant persons.”

In a press release about the legislation, Governor McKee said, “here in Rhode Island, we will always protect a woman’s right to choose and ensure equal access to these crucial health care services.”

“As Governor, I am proud to sign this bill into law and I was proud to include related funding in my budget proposal this year. Thank you to all the legislative leaders and advocates who worked tirelessly to get this legislation over the finish line,” McKee continued.

Lt. Governor Sabina Matos said that the legislation was made possible by noisy pro-abortion activists.

“The purpose of Medicaid is to expand access to health care, not to limit it. I’m proud that after years of work, the passage of the Equality in Abortion Coverage Act has eliminated of unjust restrictions on who can afford to access to reproductive health care in Rhode Island,” said Matos. “This victory for equity in health care was only possible due to the passionate advocacy of the citizens who made their voice heard year after year here at the State House.”

The Associated Press reports, “In his budget plan for fiscal year 2024, McKee includes funding to add abortion coverage to Rhode Island’s Medicaid program and to the insurance coverage for state employees, at a projected cost of $622,000.”

The Society of the Cincinnati - secret society

The Society of the Cincinnati took its name from the ancient Roman hero Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus, a hero of the Roman Republic. In the fifth century BC, the Roman Senate called on Cincinnatus to lead the army of the republic against foreign invaders and granted him dictatorial powers to deal with the crisis facing Rome. After leading the army to victory, he resigned his commission, returned power to the Senate, and retired to his farm, refusing rewards for serving the republic. For the classical world, Cincinnatus was the embodiment of civic virtue—characterized by a willingness to sacrifice private interest and private gain for the good of the public.

Cincinnatus and the characteristics he demonstrated—humility, unselfish personal sacrifice, commitment to the public welfare, and the subordination of the military to civilian rule—were admired and emulated by the leaders of the American Revolution. They believed that these characteristics were essential to the survival of republican government. George Washington, who refused to accept a salary for leading the Continental Army and conducted himself with humility and in strict subordination to the will of Congress, was widely celebrated as an American Cincinnatus. The founders of the Society referred to themselves as "Cincinnati"—a plural form of the name Cincinnatus—to indicate their commitment to the virtues of the Roman hero.

The city of Cincinnati, Ohio, also took its name from Cincinnatus and the Society of the Cincinnati. In 1790 Arthur St. Clair, governor of the Northwest Territory (which included present-day Ohio) and president of the State Society of the Cincinnati of Pennsylvania, gave the town its current name. The name Cincinnati honored the Society and its members, who settled in large numbers in the towns of the Northwest Territory.

Human error turns every registered voter in New York county into a Democrat

Phoenix Graphics has taken responsibility for the error and said that the election officials had nothing to do with the incident.

An error by a printing company has made every registered voter in Nassau County, New York, a Democrat, based on the voter ID cards received this week in the Republican-leaning county.

A spokesperson for the printing company, Phoenix Graphics, said that it was human error and is being fixed, according to NBC New York.

About half a million of those who got their cards this week saw that they were registered as Democrats, when they were actually registered Republicans, independents or members of a different political party.

"We’re already starting to get phone calls from people, saying 'I’m a registered Republican, I’m a registered Conservative – how come I’m being identified as a Democrat? Who changed my registration?' And they’re quite upset about it," Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman said, according to the outlet.

Phoenix Graphics has taken responsibility for the error and said that the election officials had nothing to do with the incident.

The spokesperson for the company referred to it as "an isolated event, but we apologize for our mistake, especially to Nassau County officials, who bear no responsibility for this problem."

The company also added that fixing the issue would not cost the taxpayers any money and new voter information cards would be sent out soon.

Judge blocks policy requiring parental notification if kids' well-being affected by gender transitioning, sexuality

A New Jersey Superior Court temporarily blocked a school policy requiring staff to notify parents about circumstances impacting their child's physical or mental well-being if sexuality, gender expression, and gender transitioning is involved, News 12 New Jersey reported.

"The Hanover Township Board of Education believes that parents need to be fully informed of all material issues that could impact their children so that they – as parents – can provide the proper care and support for their children," HTBOE said in a statement Wednesday.

"The Board will vigorously defend this common-sense policy that protects parental rights and ensures the safety of all school children."

The policy is called "Parental Notice of Material Circumstances." It requires staff members to "say something to the parents and appropriate school administrators" if they "see something that could adversely affect the social/emotional well-being of a child."

Several examples are listed in the policy that "may have a material impact on a student’s physical and/or mental health and/or social/emotional well-being," which could prompt such a notification.

In addition to issues like alcohol use, gang affiliation, and suicide risks are "pornography; sexual activity; sexuality; sexual orientation; transitioning; gender identity or expression."

New Jersey's Gov. Murphy (D) is vehemently opposed to the school board's parental notification policy. He has framed the bill as forcing teachers to "out" LGBTQ+ students to their parents. Further, he says it jeopardizes students' well-being and mental health and violates their rights.

The policy went into effect Tuesday. New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin lodged a civil rights complaint Wednesday seeking to prohibit the policy's implementation.

"We will always stand up for the LGBTQ+ community here in New Jersey and look forward to presenting our arguments in court in this matter," AG Platkin said in a press release Wednesday.

The HTBOE says denies AG Platkin's assertions that the policy targets LGBTQ students and discriminates against them.

"Attorney General Platkin is trying to make this an LGBTQ issue, but that is not what the policy is about," New Jersey Senator Joe Pennacchio (R-Morris) said in a statement acquired by New Jersey 101.5.

"Hanover should be applauded for making a real effort to ensure that parents are informed of anything that could impact the mental or physical well-being of their children," Pennacchio added.

"It’s no surprise that the Murphy administration is again opposing transparency and parental rights," New Jersey Senator Ed Durr (R-Gloucester) told the outlet.
