Key Donbass city captured – Wagner chief

The battle against Ukrainian forces for Artyomovsk has gone on since last year

The key Donbass city of Artyomovsk, known asBakhmut in Ukraine, has been fully liberated by the Russian forces, Evgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Wagner private military company has announced.

“Today at noon, Bakhmut was fully captured,”Prigozhin said in a video address published on Saturday.

The last part of an area of high-rise buildings where the Ukrainians were holed up is now under the control of Russian forces, he stated.

The Wagner Group will remain in Artyomovsk until Thursday, Prigozhin said, adding that during this period, fortifications will be created across the city.

Control will then be passed on to the Russian Defense Ministry, and Wagner Group servicemen will go on leave to rest and regroup following months of intense fighting.

According to Prigozhin, the PMC’s operation in the city, which he called ‘the Bakhmut meat-grinder’, had gone on for 224 days. “We’ve taken the whole city – every building – so that nobody could say that we didn’t capture some small part of it,” he said.

Kiev has denied Prigozhin’s claims that Artyomovsk has been captured. Ukrainian military spokesman Sergey Cherevaty told Reuters: “This is not true. Our units are fighting in Bakhmut.”

The Wagner chief also personally addressed Ukraine’s president, Vladimir Zelensky, saying, “without sarcasm” that the Ukrainian troops “fought bravely, fought well” defending Artyomovsk.

“Today, when you see [US President Joe] Biden, kiss him on the top of his head and tell him that I said ‘hi,’” he said. Kek

Earlier on Saturday, Zelensky arrived at the G7 summit in Hiroshima, Japan, where he is expected to hold talks with Biden.

FBI violated Jan 6 and George Floyd protesters’ rights – court

The Biden administration is filing for renewal of secretive spying powers it refuses to tell the American public about

The FBI repeatedly abused its search powers to query the names of over ten thousand Americans in a database of raw intelligence data, used to confirm suspicions of foreign ties, according to anopinion from the secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Courtreleased on Friday. (A full report of this was released long before from the FISA court in 2017/18 also, so they are confirming IC is still doing it, and never stopped)

Those unlawfully targeted for searches included over a dozen protesters thought to be involved in the January 6 Capitol riot, 133 protesters arrested in connection to the George Floyd riots,19,000 donors to a congressional candidate, more than 400 defense contractorsand holders of security clearances, and numerous persons-of-interest appearing in police homicide reports – including victims, next-of-kin, and witnesses.

The court found theFBI had no factual basis to search the names in this particular database, a mammoth trove of information gathered under the controversial Section 702 provision of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which expires this year. Section 702 gathers up emails, phone calls, text messages, and more. It is intended to target only foreign nationals located abroad thought to be acting as agents of a foreign power or terrorist organization. However, it has increasingly been misused as a backdoor to accessing Americans’ communications without a warrant.

In theory, agents may only search the foreign intelligence database if they have a “specific factual basis” to believe their search will return evidence of a crime or foreign intelligence connection. However, lawyers at the Justice Department’s National Security Division concluded nearly all of the domestic queries cited in Friday’s filing were improper, and civil liberties groups have skewered Section 702 for allowing what amounts to warrantless wiretapping of American citizens.

Senior national security officials told the Wall Street Journal that the searches mentioned in Friday’s opiniontook place before the FBI implemented a series of “reforms” meant to prevent such abuses, including a requirement that agents submit written justifications for searches and actively opt in to searching the foreign intelligence database. (Kek “National security officials”…Liars, they still do it, reforms do not fix complete corruption of the agencies, the laws and rules already existed and they ignored them. Does FBI still have an office station at Perkins Coie law firm?)

The Biden administration’s efforts to renew Section 702 have been met with strong opposition from privacy advocates on the Left and on the Right, due in large part to inappropriate use of the powers as in the searches disclosed in Friday’s filing. The court's opinion found the violations were “significant” and attributed them to a widespread misunderstandingof existing search rules. (Not misunderstanding intentional ignoring the law)

Meanwhile, the Biden administration hasrefused even to declassify details of another“sensitive technique” of surveillanceconducted under the aegis of Section 702 that required the court to sign off on its legality. Lawyers for the NSA have defended Section 702, arguing 59% of the intelligence included in the president’s daily brief has its roots in information collected via that program. Privacy advocates argue that that is even more reason for intelligence agencies to obtain warrants.

(Congress has to change this now)

Poland wants Zelensky to apologize for WW2 Ukrainian Nazi massacre

Kiev should take “more responsibility” for the nation’s past atrocities, a Polish foreign ministry spokesman has said

(==Poland supports Ukraine side knowing the Azov Battalion and others are Nazis killing Russians, Poland leaders are hypocrites for even funding Nazis, this is all fucking theater. They must not realize Ukraine and Azovs would invade Poland for their territory. And Russians saved Jews and Poles while Nazis were killing them.)

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky should assume more responsibility for his nation when it comesto the Volyn massacre, a mass murder committed by Ukrainian nationalists against ethnic Poles during WWII, a spokesman for the Polish Foreign Ministry, Lukasz Jasina, has said.

In an interview with Poland’s Onet online news media outlet on Friday, the official was asked if Zelensky should apologize for the massacre.

“The Ukrainian side did not do this but president Zelensky should take more responsibility [for] Ukraine,” Jasina said. The issue has such an importance for Warsaw that it must be dealt with at the highest level, he added. (Ukraine today has the same Nazi forces that did this, so if they could do it again they would.)

The dark legacy of the Volyn massacre still haunts the bilateral relations between the two neighbors and “blocks many joint initiatives,”the ministry’s spokesman said. In 2016, the Polish parliament recognized the Volyn Massacres as genocide at the hands of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA).

“You can't change that fact. You can't turn back time and there will never be a good time to talk about it…” Jasina said.

According to the official, saying “I'm sorry and please forgive me” always works very well in Polish-Ukrainian relations “but there is still not enough of it.”

The Volyn massacre was part of an ethnic cleansing campaign waged by UPA nationalist militants against the local Polish population in the regions of Western Ukraine and eastern Poland also known as Volhynia and Galicia between 1943 and 1944, during the Nazi occupation. According to various estimates, from 40,000 to 60,000 Poles were killed in total.

The UPA was a paramilitary wing of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) known for its radical anti-Semitic ideology. The UPA assisted Nazi Germany’s troops in the extermination of Jews on the territory of Ukraine on multiple occasions, in addition to the tens of thousands of Poles it killed in western Ukraine.

Glorification of Ukrainian nationalists by Kiev, including the OUN leader, Stepan Bandera, has long been a contentious issue in relations between Ukraine and Poland as well as Israel. In 2018, Polish President Andrzej Duda signed a bill that banned the promotion of the ideology associated with Stepan Bandera. Israel also repeatedly urged Kiev to refrain from glorifying “war criminals.”

Kiev still apparently fails to understand just how important this issue is for the Poles, Jasina said, adding that “this is… not the most important thing for Ukrainians” and their “understanding is still too weak.” The people in Poland, however, “clearly said this is more important than some behind-the-scenes diplomatic negotiations,” he added.

Kiev blasted Warsawover what it called bossing Ukraine around. “Any attempt to impose on the Ukrainian president or Ukraine [and tell us] what we must [do] about our common past is unacceptable and unfortunate,” Ukraine’s ambassador to Warsaw, Vasily Zvarych said on Twitter on Saturday. He also said that Ukraine “remembers history” and called for what he called “balance and respect in statements.” (Once again Ukraine has a present day Nazi Army, does anyone see the irony of Poland supporting them in this war against Russia. Its not the past, its the present)

Bandera has been officially hailed as a national hero in Ukraine since 2010. Ukrainian nationalists have regularly marked his birthday on January 1 with torchlit marches and massive demonstrations. Warsaw has repeatedly protested such actions. In January, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki vowed to raise the issue of Bandera with Kiev at the first opportunity.

Over 100,000 slaughtered with axes, pitchforks, scythes and knives: The Wołyń massacre started 76 years ago today and lasted for two years

STUART DOWELL JULY 11, 2019

(Wołyń is a region that was in Nazi-occupied Poland andis now part of present-day Ukraine)

Polish victims of a massacre committed by the Ukrainian Insurgent Army in the village of Lipniki, Wołyń, 1943. Today marks 76 years since the coordinated attack by Ukrainian nationalists on 99 Polish towns and villages in Wołyń.

Between 1943 and 1945, members of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army massacred thousands of Poles throughout Wołyń, a region that was in Nazi-occupied Poland and is part of present-day Ukraine.

Throughout the period, it is estimated that around 100,000 Poles died at the hands of Ukrainian nationalists. As part of retaliatory actions, Poles killed between 15,000 and 20,000 Ukrainians.

The killings were directlylinked with radical Ukrainian nationalist Stepan Bandera’s Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and its military arm, the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. Their goal was to purge all non-Ukrainians from a future Ukrainian state. They wanted not only to purge Polish civilians, but also to erase all traces of Polish presence in the area.

The prelude to the murders of the Polish population in Wołyń was carried out on 9 February 1943 by a unit of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, which murdered 173 Poles in the village of Parośla I by tying up the victims and slaughtering them with axes. Ukrainian attacks against Poles intensified on 11 July 1943. At the crack of dawn that day Ukrainian insurgent detachments, supported by local Ukrainians, simultaneously surrounded and attacked 99 Polish villages in the Kowel, Włodzimierz Wołyński, Horochów and Łuck districts. The Ukrainians ruthlessly slaughtered Polish civilians and destroyed their homes.

Villages were burned to the ground and property was looted. Researchers estimate that on that day alone the number of Polish victims may have amounted to some 8,000 people, mostly women, children, and the elderly. The genocidal massacre carried out on that day has gone down in history under the name of Bloody Sunday, and it was undoubtedly one of the darkest chapters of the Wołyń Crimes.

This coordinated operation lasted until July 16th, but the massacres still continued. In July 1943 alone, 530 Polish villages were cleared of their residents and burned. Only a minority managed to escape. A new wave of massacres took place in early 1944 that took advantage of the withdrawal of the German army.

Between 1943 and 1945, Poles were murdered in 1865 in places in Wołyń. The biggest massacres took place in Wola Ostrowiecka, where 628 Poles were murdered, in Gaj – 600, in Ostrówki – 521 and Kolodno – 516.

The murders were committed with incredible cruelty. Many were burnt alive or thrown into wells. Axes, pitchforks, scythes, knives and other farming toolsrather than guns were used in an attempt to make the massacres look like a spontaneous peasant uprising.

In the blood frenzy, the Ukrainians tortured their victims with unimaginable bestiality. =Victims were scalped. They had their noses, lips and ears cut off. They had their eyes gouged out and hands cut off and they had their heads squashed in clamps. Woman had their breasts cut off and pregnant woman were stabbed in the belly. Men had their genitals sliced off with sickles==. In the opinion of the historian Prof. Grzegorz Motyka, an expert on Polish-Ukrainian issues, “although the anti-Polish action was an ethnic cleansing, it also meets the definition of genocide”.

(Sure Poland today work with and fund Nazis in Ukraine today)

Bidan giving the F16s will just give Russia new targets for their Kinzal bombs-the are hypersonic and no patriot missile radar can pick them up. Russia has been blowing up Ukraines warehouses of armaments. Now America is willing for Russia to bomb $250,000+ F16s

The panic is palpable! Joe will delay the delivery for at least a year or two. Thinking Ukraine will not fly into Russia territory is something that a fool will believe

Harnwell: The Guardians of the “International Rules-Based Order” Finally Admit their Reign Is OverGood News!

Foreign Policy magazine understands that the era of the International Rules-Based Order is over.

But the attempt to suggest the failed, flailing Biden regime is the strategic instrument for its end is pathetic.

Donald Trump — and the America First movement he leads — is the reason. Foreign policy elites think they can airbrush MAGA out of the photo and no-one will notice. Wrong. And this is just the start of the revolution…

Durham’s report may be disappointing to the public but these agencies are panicked in DC. Do these agencies support the Rules Based Orders, well yes they do, the Ukraine connection to the 2016 and 2020 cannot be ignored. Ukraine is the location of implementing the rules based order. And the Big Lie.

Who has the servers located in Ukraine? Could it be Russia? Why did they invade Chernobyl or the other Nuclear power plant? What did the find? Is this a WW operation?

NCSWIC. When London and Rothschilds freak out, the leaders of the corrupt world do also, hence the City of London.

I swear this Russian operation opened my eyes and mind to what was planned a long time ago. Who would have ever know Ukraine was so important to the NWO?
