YA know, "systemic" is their word to indicate "the system" is to blame for all their problems. Perhaps instead of "systemic" we go with "utopian" or something like that to indicated their communist desires will only work until humans are involved. "Pure" communism or "pure" socialism cannot exist, human nature screws it up every time. "Some animals are more equal than others" stuff.
