Chinese steel is mostly from recycling steel, as opposed to raw steel, since they have little or no natural iron ore. Also, they have to import ALL their metallurgical coal. They have none of their own of that, either. So they can't get the recycled chit hot enough to de-oxygenate it. So it's structurally weak, and rusts like a 1970's Toyota (same problem).
It's still not being shipped, because the tariffs are still in place.

US Capacity, away from blast, is slowly coming back to 60s-70s volumes. If it gets to 50's, I'll change industries.
