Didn’t we use tainted steel building our ships during Barry’s two terms. I remember seeing lots of sauce on that. I was on sea duty during Barry’s terms it sucked! Constantly deploying ships while reducing enlisted manning on purpose plus removing patriotic officers. It was hell do more with less it’s not a cliche it was reality in the USN. I’m sure the other branches felt the same pain.
