With a simple phone call, a spectrum weapon (internal term for frequency-bases weaponry) can fire a massive energy surge in the form of a radio wave that is designed to ricochet off of the atmosphere and hit a target(s) tectonic plate. The frequencies used are classified. The energy source used is classified.

After collision with the plate at a frequency specific to the geographical plate itself, it “vibrates” the plate enough to allow slippage, causing an earthquake.

Haiti.

Japan.

Alaska.

Tests of the Spectrum Weapon did not disappoint, however they did produce fear. Scientists who worked on the program, alike with sentiments from those in the Manhattan Project, believed that the weapon may not be able to be measurable until used and could possibly set off a chain reaction of global cataclysmic quakes. While possible, tests have been quite successful in near perfect accuracy.

If anyone simply wants to see if a quake has been caused by a Spectrum Weapon, simply measure frequencies up to and throughout a quake. You can use basic geometry to pinpoint location of weapon.

Correct. While no longer a viable option, physically “cracking” a fault has been utilized prior to 1993. It’s no longer a method in practice as imagery has advanced to a point in which an operation of a physical nature could easily be surveilled.

Many middle eastern nations have used this as a means to destabilize. Eastern European forces have since partnered with the West in using frequency technology as the basis for geocracking (internal term).

While not the same operation, other weaponry has been developed to utilize microwave radiation to cause internal damage that isn’t traceable. Most deaths caused by this weapon are merely categorized as ‘aneurisms’. A dignified coroner can sample tissue affected by the beams (tissue being damaged looks eerily similar to hemorrhages) and see under a microscope where tissue has been clearly heated. It isn’t proper procedure, so nobody has ever found out.

Most operations and weaponry in existence could be found if the public would simply be more thorough in many respects.
