All this talk about the debt has me wanting to say that the Law of War manual seems to suggest that we are a conquered people, silently occupied by an enemy force. We live by their bureaucratic rules per the Law of War, documented from birth to death, and paying fines and other punishments for violating their rules. I don't believe it is much of a stretch to believe that we are also using their "currency tokens" rather than actual US Dollars.

If this is the case …then that debt they have incurred in their own currency tokens is theirs. They can take it with them when they are expelled.
