Repeat as needed, until you feel renewed and light as a feather. That is the negativity leaving the body. Keep facing south of the blessed river and as soon as the next wind blows, stand tall, stand firm, hold your hands up high and gently take a flying leap into the blessed river. Baptize and purify the soul with the water of life, until you reach southern most end of the blessed river, where your new journey awaits. Amen.
