2 things I have found.
Large pads made from fine wire wool, cover in soft plastic and then fabric for comfort. This stops certain kinds of attack. But then they move it around, so it's mainly just to "prove your point". There is definitely some temporary comfort from this. (safety note: Keep it far aware from any voltage. Fine wire wool can be ignited by even just 12V DC.)
Another kind of attack the wire wool does nothing. Feels like pressure, pushing. For some reason kevlar reduces this form of attack, but does not stop it completely.
