-which military air traffic on ADSB suggests have been happening since Friday.
There is settled law on this from WWII. The short answer is "When they cross the line from being criminals to becoming enemy combatants."
Speculation readily suggests that only 50 of them are in the current loop. Recalling the drops told us that federal elections didn't matter after 2018 midterms (I think it was) -those other 50 may not even actually be US Senators. Regardless of who or what they are -they're obviously not in the communication loop …which I feel like I can promise you is fully under good guy control.
