I think Target will go out of business for this. Someone at Target administered a flu shot to a person I know of who was a minor at the time without parental consent and with a gift card bribe. That turned me off a number of years ago. Now this. It is a matter of conscience for me NOT to shop there at this point.
Parents whose children were vaccinated in this manner at Target should form a class action and sue.
