my guess: as soon as real estate is sold on the cheep and people who own fortunes in it are left bankrupt, so that foreign monies can buy it all up for little to nothing in real terms, owning it all, as soon as that suddenly global warming will be declared a big hoax and suddenly it will be OK to run it all the way it's run now with no arduous new technologies mandated by insider self dealing profiteers who fester in the halls of governance and own patents for which they have no way of being the one who originally came up with the idea on account of them being just about the power in influence, and the 'Do you know who I ' yammers of the yammering class of 'Do what we say now! only electric cars on the streets.
