in theory love it, stick it to the fraudulent debtors that enslave us, but your plan puts millions on the streets (granted seems like mortgage forclosure is going to spike shortly), Blackrock has been will continue to buy land and homes, i feel this just plays right into to it…….trust me my savings have been depleted and life is getting tough….pray and fight on
