Does anyone note how with D seats the D's don't even pretend like it's going to be a fairly elected person?
They seem to just assume, if it's a D seat, that they will have the person resign, appoint someone, and then it will be their seat for 50 years or more . . .
I say no more appointment to empty seats. All empty seats need a fair and open election.
