This will be part I of II because it's extremely long. Lots of links to lead you to sauce and further digging. This is just an overview of what I have found so far.

The money is the key to everything mentioned in the Q post. Applying the second-to-last line of this ("US is the first domino") this money may be international or cross borders (MS-13). I personally think that MS-13, and particularly the funding of said group, is the focus of this Q post.

George Soros transfers (https://www.wsj.com/articles/george-soros-transfers-18-billion-to-his-foundation-creating-an-instant-giant-1508252926) eighteen billion to Open Society Foundation over the past few years, but this news exploded to mislead us to think this happened in 2018. Why?

They also point out that the foundation does not plan on increasing the amount it donates. Now, that hardly makes sense. Bloomberg thinks Soros is using a tax loophole to avoid having to pay a tax associated with fund managers who have offshore funds.
